Not to impressed

I bought these speakers at walmart and their mids and highs sound great, but they literally have almost no bass in my Ram 1500. If you have subs they would be good but if not then buy something else.

Good for the price i guess

I bought these ro replace the front door speakers in my 01' Ram. I didnt know i had the infinity speakers that come stock in many rams at the time but i thought i would go ahead and put these in anyway just to see. My results:

The bass in my stock speakers were better. The HD's dont really have much at all so if you dont have a sub then i wouldnt recommend these.

The mids and highs sound great! Very crisp and clears vocals. Was very impressed.

They start to distort when i have my head unit at about 30 with the highpass filter on my headunit at 120hz. Which isnt to bad since they are being powered by the little infinity amp on each speaker (i think like 125 watts). About the same volume on my headunit as my stock speakers distorted (Although these get a little bit louder at 30)

Overall, i would recommend these if your looking for decent replacement speakers as long as you have a sub.

Nice Sound

I recently replaced the rear factory speakers in a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire with these and the installation was easy relative to the speakers themselves... no cutting, filing, drilling, etc. Also, I put some felt pads between the edges of the speakers and the metal deck to absorb any potential vibrations. The full spectrum sound reproduction is more than satisfactory and creates an enjoyable audio experience. This was a very good purchase, although it would be nice if the speakers came with wires and connectors. The head unit driving these speakers is a Boss 612UA.

Pretty good speakers

I got a set of these speakers to replace the factory deck speakers in my 2010 Dodge Avenger. These speakers provide accurate highs, mids, and lows. They are a good factory replacement for anyone who is on a budget.
