These bulbs are great if you are looking for an OEM brightness, but with an extremely white light. They seem to me to be around 5000K, a natural day light color temperature. They do not have the slightest hint of yellow, or blue. I've seen a ton of reviews on other sites with people acting disappointed, and giving negative reviews because they didn't get a blue tint, and aren't blinding oncoming traffic. I love the color output of these bulbs, and the brightness is on par with any other street legal bulb.
That being said, I had one of the filaments burn out after only a week of use. I was careful installing it and made sure I didn't touch the glass with my hand or anything else, and it somehow still went bad. I've only ever had two other sets of bulbs in this car. The ones that came with it when I bought it, and another set when I changed the headlights assemblies. I got these to replace my last set because I wanted the white light. This is the first headlight bulb I've ever had burn out. A little disappointed by that.
