Great Product
I would recommend this product to be put into a vehicle for charging and ipad. This works for ipad mini retina and will charge the device. (use your apple lightning cable). It also has an execellent DAC and enables me to connect it to the rest of my car audio equipment (pre-amp's, amps etc).
Only annoying thing is when you turn the car off and the istreamer, it doesn't turn off the ipad. But not that big of a deal.

Wow! What a Difference!
I was skeptical that I would be able to hear the difference between the headphone out and the iStreamer. I was way off! The quality of the DAC in the iStreamer is far superior to that of my iPhone or my iPod Touch. The music is so much more detailed and the bass is cleaner and stronger. Well worth the cost!
