Save your money

This camera is garbage, even when it worked you could hardly make out the image. After the first time the temperature dropped the image flipped upside down and is completely fuzzy. Should have spent more money.

great price

Imagine this camera about the size of a medium spool of thread. Perfect for my flush-mount application in the plastic panel of my trunk. For those of you who have an inch and a half of depth, this thing is great. The exposed flush-mount lens is about the size of a quarter. The wide angle lens is just about right (my previous one was too fish-eye). Great clarity. Got it for 20 bucks on sale, and like all else i've purchased from Sonix, it was a really good price with quick shipping. Another repeat customer.

Impressed

Didn't expect for it to be as good as it was for the price. VERY clear image, wide viewing angle, very easy to hide.

Excellent Back-up Camera

Highly recommend, easy installation and works great day and night--night view is exceptionally bright and clear with color.

Cons: Needs add'l hardware to secure the camera; viewing angel is sufficient but could be wider at closer distance.

great picture

Easy install and great picture. Hook up power to reverse lights and plug video output into your monitors video input and works like a charm.

Looks Good but no shelf life

I bought this camera last year while putting in a new car stereo. The first one I recieved went out in the first 2 days of installing. I thought the specific camera was defective and had a new one sent. One year later the 2nd Camera just went out and now I have to track another one down that will fit in the hole. Great price but too easily broken, avoid this camera.
