This amp has alot of power. The power rating is actually true unlike other brands that lie. 1600rms from two channels bridged is alot of power for mids. The amp over heats after 30 mins. My perfect remedy was an amp rack with 6 fans. It works great never overheats. I will never part with it

Power of the GODS !!!

This amp is a monster... I had a crunch watt 1800 amp that stopped working, then a audioque 1000 watt amp. & let me tell you this amp blows both out of the water !! Extremely powerful and has a concert sound to the point to where you can feel the words. I have it powering 4 American Bass door speakers and whenever I drive by it turns heads with jus the mids and highs. One FLAW! It over heats.. crank it up to where you really hear it and it will shut off on you. I would recommend this as it's the best 4 channel amp I've ever had. But make sure you buy a couple fans as well.

Great sound, poor heat disipation

Since there are next to no reviews on this amp i am going to help out. This amp has plenty of power and sounds beautiful, it gave my stereo system great live concert sound that made me and others say WOW. But there was one big fall back. I was Running this amp in 3 channel mode, Orion xtr pro's fronts and rears on 2 channels at 2@ohms, and a infinity kappa 10" sub on the other 2 channels bridged @4 ohms. I live in central California where it tends to get hot often and this amp over heated consistently and went into protection after about 30 minutes of mid volume play and a little sooner at higher volumes. This amp needs a lot of air circulation and honestly a better cooling design; it got hot enough to burn your hand after a second of contact. All connections were verified and speaker resistance was verified as well using a multi meter, so that wasn't the issue. I have since returned this amp for a NVX JAD800.4, the JAD800.4 doesn't sound quite as good, but it never over heats, it barely gets above amb. temp. (also running in 3 channel mode).

Over heats

Constantly over heading and cutt off.also got 2 fans under it,and no help.there.aother than the overheat issue .alot of power.good amp if I can stop it from over heating and got it wide open so.idk
