OMG!!!!!

This is the BEST amp i have ever owed by far. An soon as I turned to amp on my mind was blown. really packs power. i highly recommend. the only turn down was it only lasted about 8 minutes. i just returned it and waiting for another to come. hopefully it lasts a long time.

So far so Good!

Had this amp for about a month pushing 4 15" Merlon M7 subs at 1 ohm. Did a Big 3 upgrade, have a 230 amp alternator and a second battery. Has all the adjustments you'll ever need! Have to say it is doing an exceptional job pushing these bad boys and staying just warm. I dont push ot too hard for long periods only because Im in the desert and its about 107°F outside. But for short trips and bursts its awesome! I've owned Brutus amps before and the price they're great amps. Buying from Sonic has always been a pleasant experience and would recommend them every time for your car audio needs!

Amp is perfect but I know my speaker can handle more and when I turn that bass up which is pretty high all it takes is for the very lows to make it heat up quickly. Given certain settings the amp does it's job and will hit hard. I have yet to upgrade my wiring to 0 gauge and the big 3 so we will see what it can do after . I'd definitely recommend for a 1000 watt rms speaker maybe even 1500 . At the end I'm thinking of adding another amp for the one speaker so I can get the max on my Orion hccaa.

This Amp is definately worth every penny spent. Pure Power...Barely gets warm .....Im running Two Kicker CVX 15 "... In a monte. With a sealed box. Gonna up grade electrical ....Amp is definately power hungry..... It definately does rated.....And i have more power than i need. I originally owned the brx2416.1d. I just wanted to try the 3016.. They both are great amps....

Not a bad amp.

This is a good amp. I'm only running stock electrical plus big 3 and it pushes my zv4 15" pretty good but that sub could take plenty more power. If you are investing in an expensive system I would go with a top of the line amp and upgrade your electrical. Pros: led lighting on amp, good power. Cons: it gets pretty hot, led lighting, power and other terminals face the bottom so it's a pain to connect 0 gauge wire to.

Good Amp

I'm running 2 amps both hifonics. This amp pushes my sub I have it on half gain driving a fosgate T1 in a custom down firing t line vented 33hz box. It beats the hell out of it and found the limits of the sub it's self thinking of getting a massive sub but honestly I don't need to I'm not into flexing my roof or popping windshields so I'd be way excessive. At half gain I'm sure in July it won't shut off from overheating. I did the big 3 with all knu konceptz 0 wiring 2 yellow tops and a fosgate 10 Farrad cap. So overheating issues are purely due to performance and not lack of draw. I've got the Kenwood deck in this jeep Kenwood sucks balls. I've got ppi amp fosgate p2d2 and eclipse deck in my 5.0 I'd like to see eclipse come back to the USA so we can have good decks again. But hifonics makes good stuff just make sure your wired right and are using it with in its means.

Awesome amp

Loved it I have 2 kicker cvx' sand it pushes them perfectly I would definitely recommend this amp to anybody

Horrible Quality

Purchased 2 of them then one stopped working. It started to produce constant tone. Ordered another one to replace the faulty one. It came and the gain did not function. Ordered a third one, it came and dead on arrival. Out on the 4, one has lasted and have had no problems but there must be some series quality issue that I have 3 that were faulty. Would not recommend this to anyone spend more money get a better quality amp.

The best amp ever

I've ran smaller amp back in the days and when I show my car people are so happy to see and hear these amps. I'm so happy with them. I run two of these amps in my car .

Great bargain

Right out the box i was impressed by how it looks. After hooking it up to 2 12" pioneer championship 2ohm dvc (discontinued) I'm totally satisfied. It's a bit bigger than I thought and I'm running 0 gauge wiring but overall it does what i want it to do and some. One thing it could've come with is a tuning starting point in case your trying to tune it by ear. I definitely recommend this product

Banging HARD

I have 2 on 2 11000w sound stream 18's. All I can say is it hurts to turn it up. Make sure u have proper power n these things will put some nice solid deep sound out

Powerful sub amp

Bought this amp to power two Soundqubed HDC3 12" subs. It pounds the heck out of them! My only weak link is my electrical. You NEED to do your big three, and have a strong alternator. I drive a 2011 Crown Vic LX, and plan on getting a Police Interceptor alternator for more power. Even with my current electrical setup, this thing absolutely pounds the 'qubed subs. I had it on two Kicker CVRs, and smoked their voice coils. That's when I knew I had to step up to subs with some serious power handling. I love the lighted Hifonics logo and terminal blocks. I recommend this amp. Wish Sonic Electronix would run it on their SMD amp dyno to see what it really puts out!

Bad Azz Amp

Very powerful, does not shut off, its clean and easy to adjust. I love it and i would buy another one if i needed to. I have a 300 amp breaker on it and it trips the breaker but thats a good thing because that shows how much juice its pulling, i plan on adding a extra battery soon and hopefully that will help it even more.I love this amp.
