Great amp at a great price
I purchased the X1000.1D to replace a 12 year old US Acoustics 800D amp which cost about 3x as much that long ago. I picked this particular amp because I have had great success with Hifonics 4x100 rms amp and wanted to see how their mono block amps would do. This provides the needed 400x1 at 4 ohms and hopefully the 1000x1 at 1 ohm I plan on pursuing in the future. The features are great, and the footprint was small. I couldn't ask for much more considering the price.

This amp looks good sounds great I have 2 10 inch nvx vsw104 hooked up to this amp they are 500 watts each and it destroyed the inside of my truck

Hifonics amps do exactly what they're meant for, and do it well
I was looking for a monoblock amp to power my Alpine SWR 12d4 (type R). With the dual voice coils wired in parallel to this amp, I got 700 W of good clean sound. It's powerful, obviously a lot of throughly went into its design, and it looks pretty cool with its blue LED back-lit logo. Not to mention, it runs very cool - I listen to a lot of electronic, house, dubstep, and I'm not concerned about the amp overheating.
If you have done your research and know what you need, I don't think you could go wrong to consider this amp.
