I bought these speakers knowing that they are a low end speaker. My expectaions were not that high going in but i was still disappointed.
These went in the factory locations of a honda accord and are connected to a jvc deck.
I'm not sure if an amp would help, but overall do not buy. The crossover is very cheap and i was just not happy with the output. I like hifonics amps but stay away from their speakers.
