This is the one of the amps that I ever owned

I would recommend this amp to anybody who likes power, and clarity for the price you cannot get a better powerhouse such as this Brutus line. The only thing about this amp that concerns me is the amount of current that this amp pulls.

Power for a nice price

I have this amp wired up to 2 Pioneer subs (1000rms each) and they beat hard. Never even heats up.

Prettty Solid

I switched from a vented box to a sealed box. SPL was way too much. I'm running two 10" pioneer champion pros. I had only 800 running both and it was very very loud. I sealed them up added this amp and am not using bass boost max gain ect. sounds amazing. Headaches are gone :). I would recommend to anyone looking for 650rm@4 ohms all the way to 2000 @ 1 ohm.

PURE POWER

PURE POWER!!! Don't listen to the critics and haters. I bougt this amp 3 months ago for 4 CVX 12's. I switched to CVX 15's sealed and it's Insane. I push it hard for hours and it never heats up or shuts down. Very powerful, reliable amp but current thirsty! BIG 3 AND YELLOW TOP BATTERY RECOMMENDED!

An amazing amp. For the price a lot of peopke said it'd be cheap and not worth it. I proved them wrong and they admitted it. Best value amp in my oppinion. Runs perfect :)

Great Power

i've had this amp for about a year and a half now and its a great amp. I have it pushing 2 rockford T1's. Only problem is it draws a lot of current. Over heats sometimes during the summer months. the hotter it is outside the more of a chance it'll overheat.

great amp!

I bought this amp to power 2 subs that, at the time, I haven't bought yet. Intending to get a couple high wattage 10's but ended up getting 2 JL 10WOv3's. (great subs btw) So I wasn't pushing to much with this amp. But it pushed them like a pro! The logo in the center lights up blue which is pretty cool looking. The one thing I don't really like about this amp is that the footing to hold the amp to a sub box is plastic, so be careful with that. But it comes with a pair of allen wrenches and screws for it all so no need to search for screws or buy anything. The bass remote knob is nice too but the cable could be a little longer. All-in-all, very glad I bought this amp!

This is a real good amp. I had no problems with this amp and hook up was easy. I do recommend this amp to anybody.

A Bang For The Buck!!

I Just got this amp yesterday and installed it last night and its well worth the money. I got two 12" Alpine Type R's @ 1ohm in a 3.5 cu. ft tuned at @32Hz. I ran it loud and hard and it didn't back down, didnt heat up. It was well worth the money. I'm going to have to buy some new subs soon because i put so much pressure on them i started to smell the coils burning lol. I recommend this amp to everyone, its worth it.

insanity !!!!!!!!!

This product is insane im runnnin 2 kicker cvx 15's on it. Lets just say people get right out when they get in you can hear me from a mile away great but but a lil power hungry youll need at least 1 optima.

GREAT AMP!!!!

This amp is a replacement for the 2500D which went bad but was no longer in stock. A little less power, but I can't tell. I'm pushing a Boss Outcast 12in sub in a custom 1.50 cu. ft. ported box. It really hits hard, clear deep bass, the sub control knob is a plus for those songs with only a little bass, But it really is worth the price.

Best amp ever!!!

This is the 3rd hiphonics amp I have ever had. The other two were great but I upgraded my system to where I needed a higher wattage. This amp is worth the $

Great buy

Looking for a great price and found it here the amp works great the only problem I have is the bass knob it was cheaply built and the light does work after about a month but over all I would rate the amp a seven out of ten.

I bought it in 2010 just recently burned out on me, it honestly felt like I had king kong in my trunk powered to 2 pioneer pro champ 12's wired down to one ohm, could be heard from a 20 foot radius, it has poor cooling and circulation to dicipate heat, really easily wired and to tune heard alot of of good things prior to purchasing it, I bought it when it hit the market when it was way over priced, by the same company that makes autotek mb quart and crunch audio speakers and subs, got the red. Safe light in october 2011, can't do anything on warrenty, it was decent for a year, you get what you pay for, that's all I can say, would reccomend to others besides that fact it doesn't have fuses to prevent burning out.

OK well here it goes, i bought this amp from Sonic earlier this year, to power a RE SXX 1000w RMS 15in sub... i must say i did break in the sub just fine for about 24hrs of play time at the gain at 1/2. after the probationary period of the sub. I raised the gain to a lil more than 3/4 and played some dancehall reggae songs (these songs have bass) and having the pioneer head unit tunred up to like 50 during the 1st song i smelt coil burning i was like F%$K ! I lowered the volume and it was evident that this amp was brutally owning this sub. This amp has power ! dont let no1 fool u it burned the coil of a SXX. now i have a XXX so far so good !!!

a nice amp

This amp is very nice I have had it for about 6 months now. My set up is two 15 audiopipe 1000 watt rms subs with 1/0 gauge wire. It is down to 1 ohm and the pure power will hurt your ears if you turn it up for two songs on a row. By far the best amp for the money. You will not find a better amp.

Hifonics 2000 class D mono Block

I like this amp it pushes my two 15s there kicker Cvxs the only down fall to this amp it take a lot of draw to power it, but all and all really good amp.

I have one of these powering my Fi btl 12 and is makes it pound it is power hungry so make sure you have good voltage it's a reliable amp.

Best buck ever spent

Very durable amp for a class d 2000 watt amp. Very reliable and have great bass respone to any type of music. Slight power hungry but not very much. I would deff buy any product that has the name Hifonics to it

just got this bad boy, hooked it up right away and man let me tell you it pushes my 3 10" l7s at 1ohm like a champ. no negitive things to say about this amp especially for the price. sonic electronix is the best do not buy from your local car audio shop or other online stores because you will not find a better deal or quality customer service!!!!

4 15s in da trunk

This thing is crazy I have this 1 amp running 4 15 Alpine Type R's and it is crazy loud but I can honestly say this is the best amp I owned yet. Plan on buying another one in a few weeks so I can have my subs fully powered. LOVE THIS THINGGGGGGGGGG bass remote cord is crappy tho.

I think this is a great amp, I had it running on 2 CVR's and I don't think I was at it's full potential. I plan on putting it on 1 L7. Draws a lot of current, but a great amp, worth the price.

GREAT AMP AT A GREAT PRICE

I currently am running this amp at 1 ohm to get full potential it never gets hot and pushes my 18 inch sundown all day I plan on buying another one or maybe more in near future the Maxxsonics and Sonic Electronix

Great amp

This is a great amp, i have it running two 12" L5 Kicker subwoofers with 1200 watts a piece, runs the subwoofers just fine and sounds amazing, I recommended anyone to buy this amp

Don't buy

Amp sounded great but burned up after two weeks of use. I also contacted hifonics and they told me that the rms watts are advertised at 20% higher than the actual watts it puts out for marketing purposes so it's not putting out what it says.

I have this amp hooked up to two eclipse sw8010s that i also got on this website there 700 w rms n this amp pounds um at 2 ohms like nothing if i had a 3rd sub it would push um at 1 ohm no problem it does pull alot of current so i recomend a 2nd battery n also recomend this amp and website best prices, fast shipping, and very helpfull staff.

Pick a Brutus

I owned this for about 4 months and it fried out and cant get a hold of Hifonics I've called and called and called to get a replacement since it has a 1 year man. Warranty but its useless if i cant get ahold of them. very annoying i just want an amp so i can bump. its b.s. but i used to own a hifonics brutus and it lasted for years but this one ... idk if they went cheap with there parts or what but im not happy. but i do like Hifonics hopefully they will respond this coming week!
