Power

I have one of these amps hooked up to a rockford fosgate t2 and it bumps. it pushed out clean bass and will set off car alarms a distance away. The amp never gets hot and is vary hungry for power so I used 0 gauge wire. Haven't hade any problems with it yet. you will not be disappointed. Good amp.

okay

I just got it in today and its okay but if u buy be ready to spend $300+ in accesories. I needed a battery to get enough power to run it plus the 0 gauge amp kit 200 dollars. This takes a lot of power but other than that no problems for right now only had for a day so dont take me too serious

good amp

I'm pushing 1 fi btl 18 in 5.5 cubic box tuned to 20 Hz and this amp doesn't even flinch. If your going to run this amp to its full power. You need two batteries 0 gauge wire and a alternator capable of putting out 250 to 300 amps and you want 14.5 to15 volts. Very power Hungry amp.

Ok amps

I just bought 2 of these amps and have each running 12 inch Solo X in a ported box. I'm not to impressed with these amps or the Solo X's . I had to L7s on a Hifonics 1000 and it hit almost as hard as the two Hifonics on the solos. Maybe the subs just need more breaking in ? O and by the way the solos have a barn yard smell ?. Not sure what that is.

This amp is awsome

I bought this amp from Sonic about 5 months ago and it's the best amp I have ever owned. I havent had any heat issues and i have been using it in 90 to 100 degree weather...this amp will do rated power @ 14.4...i have it on 3 alpine type r 1222d's @ 1.34 ohms....this amp is a Beast and it is power hungry..proper electrical system is a must to make this amp really shine...Bottom line...You wont be disappointed!!!

this amp rocks!

I bought this amp a few months ago and im using it on 2 12" L7's (dvc 4 ohm) ran in parallel @ 1 ohm with the gain all the way down (as it should be) and the bass boost at about half way in my truck and you wouldn't believe how hard my subs pound!! the hifonics have always had great amps, they run cool, they can be bought at a great price, and give an insane amount of power. they are even used and recommended by the pros, can't go wrong with that, so i recommend this amp to anyone looking for raw power for their system BUT be sure to make upgrades or you'll kill your alternator like i did lol.

HFI 2500d

I got this amp to push a single Atomic AP 15 in a 5.5 cube box. This amp pushes the sub perfectly. The amp is a power hungry monster. Must upgrade your electrical, add a 100ah battery and good 0 gauge wire, bigger alt. Very good amp, if you have the power to run it. If you can run it at 16 volts, I had my clamped at at 3165 at 16.0 volts at .5 ohm at 1 THD.

HiFi 2500s

I have two of these 2500 HiFis on two 15 L7 2 ohms and I haven't had a problem with them yet. The speakers give the low bass tone that I was looking for and the amps are halfway on and drive the pretty hard! Im content with this purchase! Ill update you when I cut the amps up and put them to the real test!

100% RECOMMENDED .

I have been in the USA 10 years doing professional car audio installation as a installer and before another 10 in my country and I was 18 years when i started. Knowing Hifonics amplifiers HFi2500D since then and they still rock. it can push easy two 15 inches of any 800 watts RMS any brand sub woofers , mentioned any one, KICKER,PUNCH,ORION,MEMPHIS ..ETC.
