Great for the price.

great speakers clear vocals, highs, really good for the price.

better sound over factory speakers obviously not for competition but they are good enough there not part of a system just a replacement and my car didn't even have rear deck speakers at all I was working with just door speakers so I replaced the 4" in the door and put 6' in the rear deck sound fine. I am not trying to show off with this car or the sound system so it is what it is.

Great product & awesome design

This product size is great for older model cars. When space is limited in the side door lower areas. The new speakers for a four inch, the cover is 5.25. The cover trim makes it too big.

You get what you pay for...

For (very) inexpensive, small speakers they are ok. Don't expect big sound. Construction is good.

Very serviceable

These were nice replacement for my older toyota truck front speakers. I have rear 6x9s too, so the lack of bass wasn't a problem, but these are at least as good as the bass of the stock speakers, and have better treble.

hitron 4 inch

I have these hooked up to a Sony xplod 600 4 channel in the third row seat on arm rest by the cup holder...these speakers handle an impressive amount of power with all pass not hi pass...the rms rating on the amp is 60 rmsx4

Hitron HS-404 - A good buy

I was surprised by the sounds that came out of these little guys. They really do produce a good range of sounds over all. Bass response was better than expected for such a small speaker. The 4 way feature really was a good buy. If your looking for a good pair of smaller speakers, check these out. You may want to consider some bass blockers, but they really don't need it.

Good Value

I previously bought a set of speakers of this brand for a different vehicle and they sounded better than the more expensive ones I installed, so when I got a different vehicle I bought these. They sound good for cheap speakers, but don't expect to get any bass out of them. I have a subwoofer installed so it's not an issue for me.

Bang for buck

Installed on all 4 doors of my car..

Cons:
Not that deep mid range your expect..
Not as loud as good want
*please note that this could ask be an issue with the head unit

Pros:
Very very good quality for the price
They play really well and clear N clean
Replaces stock speakers very well..


Otherwise... Hooked em up through my amp and they came alive...
As I previously said, your head unit has a whole lot to how speakers play... They are really nice especially for the price
