Very High Power Handling

have a clean LARGE amplifier and these bad boys sing. tweets are bright at high volume, nothing a reduction in 12000-20000 hz wont fix.
I recommend at least 150 watts rms. I have 150 clean phoenix gold watts through them and sound great. I am replacing with Focal K2 power 3 ways though. ease of use score of 2 is only cause you must have serious clearance for these as magnet structure and basket are more subwoofer size than 6x9. if these are your budget, buy them without hesitation!!

Very high quality

I am using these CTX-69 as rear door speakers paired with XS-65's in the front doors. They are being powered with 150w rms. They are a very stout 6x9 driver, and handle power very well. Lower freq's are no problem for them. I have them filtered at about 90hz and above, however I've run 40hz tone through them with no problem. Very good speakers.

Bought these from Sonic and can say was a great way to buy. These sound great, well balanced with bass and the vocals are clear and precise. Unless you are a bass head you will be find with the output, I was surprised on how much bass was coming from these speakers and they are accurate as well. I have owed 5 systems in total ranging from 500 to 3500 dollars. Very good buy and value. Highly recommended!!!

I like the speakers. They don't have much bass, so it requires a subwoofer to make up for that.

I usually buy JBL or Infinity and am I glad I tried these. I will only buy Image Dynamics from now on these speakers are beast mode compared to others in the same price range. After 10 minutes of pushing these to the max I am sold. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to upgrade.
