5 1/4" sound good, but I think I would buy something else if I could do it again. Not having a speaker with a dust cap in a SUV is proving to be a bad idea.

They sound good, but as I only got the 5 1/4" ones I can't really comment on loudness as the 5 1/4's seem pretty weak compared to anything larger. I have 4 of them in my 2010 Toyota Rav4 and wish I would have gone with at least 6 1/2" speakers.

I thought I was very careful with cleanliness and handling, but I had one speaker that acted up after installation and had to purchase another pair to replace it (It had a crackle). The design is neat with the pivotable tweeter, but it leaves the coil vulnerable to damage from sand and other dirt that would normally be kept out by a dust cap on a conventional speaker. I can't say I'd suggest this design of speaker for a SUV or pickup that will see any dirt. Overall I would not buy these again for my application.

Awesome speakers, couldn't be happier

I could not be happier with the sound of these speakers. Pristine, crystal clear sound, with a warmth that makes it sound like you are sitting in the same room as the artist you are listening to while they perofrm their song. Love them.

I installed four of these speakers in my truck and they sound great !! I purchased these because I replaced the Infinity Kappa speakers that I installed 15 years ago. Need I say more... It's a great product for a reasonable price.

INFINITY KAPPA 52.9I

I've been a stereo installer for over 10 years and Infinity speakers are what I use the most because of their clarity and ability to handle lots of power. These are some of the most crisp speakers on the market and a great buy on from this site. I'm getting ready to customize three more Harley's and they will all have INFINITY KAPPA products from front to back. I give it a 4 overall because I would like to see them up the RMS watts.

Good product for the price, not the best speakers but they are better quality than I expected for the price.

Infinity Kappa 52.9

I would recommend these to anyone. I loved the highs coupled with the nice mids. definitely recommend hooking it up through amp though. make sure the receiver is of high quality it will effect output of speakers more than anything. overall very good speakers with good sound quality.

Very clear, loud and accurate sound. Even with just head unit power. You wont be dissappointed.

Pretty Amazing

On my mission to produce "decent" sound out of a Jeep Wrangler TJ with no doors or top. i have these paired up with the MB Quart RM440.4 Amp, produces Great, Clear and Loud, Quality sound! I also added the 4x6's in the dash. Very impressed

Speakers are horrible sound like crap def would NOT recommend to anyone looking.

When I got them I went to put them in and one did not even work. I didnt want to go to the trouble of sending them back so I just ordered a new pair from another store and they both worked.

These kappa series speakers are very clean and crisp in sound. I would highly recommend this series or higher series if you want to spend more.
