THESE SPEAKER SOUND SO PURE THAT I WAS SO HYPED UP WHEN I FIRST PLAYED THEM. NOW I CAN ENJOY EVERY CD IN MY CASE BECUASE IT PLAY'S SO CLEAR.I BROUGHT TWO PAIRS OF ALPINE SPEAKERS AND THEY WENT OUT IN LAST THEN A MONTH AND I WAS REALLY A ALPINE MAN, BUT NOW I HAVE TO BREAK MY TRADITION.ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I FOUND A NEW LOVE..

Amazing Speakers
My favorite feature is that the Infinity Kappas run at the highest RMS of any non-component system I have ever come across. This opens the door for some great sounding speakers. I tried Infinity's lower model, the Reference, and killed two pair in less than 2 months. My experience with the Kappas is that they are very clear, but the mids are somewhat off. I also think the CMMD design adds alot to the speaker. I would recommend this speaker to anyone, but would suggest getting subs with them. Overall, very well worth the money (underpriced at $90 if you ask me)
