Great sound quality for budget system

(This is the 2nd subwoofer I have owned; I have owned 10+ subwoofers to date)I upgraded to this subwoofer from a bazooka sub. For the same price, this Infinity sub does much better in the same sealed enclosure in terms of sound quality. Many notes that were never picked up with the bazooka was apparent in the infinity. The bazooka was louder in the same settings/environment however. But be sure to have an amp that will provide at least the recommended RMS otherwise you won't hear much bass. It blended well with stock speakers but if you have already upgraded your door speakers, I'd recommend something with more power handling.

Good budget subs...

For the money these are awesome subs. They don't require a lot of power and provide a good mix of SQ/SPL. These won't win you any competitions or wake up your neighborhood... but they will definitely provide a nice bump to your system. I have 2 subs each in a 2.5cu sealed box [seperate chambers] and they sound nice. Good for all types of music. I might be switching to a ported box and see how they sound...

Overall a perfect sub that won't break the bank.

Awesome Sub

Had this one before in my sentra with a ported box and it really pounds hard! Powered by a GTO-7001 monoblock amp. Neighbors are actually telling me to lower down the volume every time they can hear me playing heavy bass tunes. It can take lots of power... very nice!

Pair of These Hit Hard !

This sub paired together, I can surely say, it'll make the skin on your face go numb ! I had a pair of these seeing only 250w rms each, and wow They hit really hard and low. They don't look that mean, but they sure do impress with their astonishing sound quality ! They were also sealed which made for the great sq and small space requirements. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting ALOT of bass with a budget !

Infinity 12s

These subs can knock pretty good, but I have had issues with durability. Alot of that come with my amp though. These subs are nice with a good 1000-1600 watt amp. Definitely worth looking at but there is better for the money out there.

Best bang for the buck!

One thing I love about these subs is they make huge sound no matter how much power you're able to feed them. Even with the smallest of amps you will not lack the bass you need to enjoy your music. Not only do they make a lot of sound but they make QUALITY sound. I think they work really good with any type of music... I'm into hip hop and house and they sound great. They even sound awesome in movies... that's if you have a TV in the car.

Awesome Bargain Subs

These things take up to 1250 PEAK WATTS which is amazing for there price. If you have an amplifier with enough juice for them, they are one of the best bargain subs out on the market. I used to own these until i upgraded to the Alpine Type-R's which are much better for 40+ dollars. But, for the price, these CANNOT BE BEAT!

Clean and Loud

Friend of mine has 2 of these in a sealed box and they pound and hit every note clean and accurately. Great deal for the money you won't be disappointed - i think infinity makes some of the cleanest subs for the best price in the market.

Infinity Reference 1250w

These subs are great subs for anyone. When I had 2 of them installed, they were only running 150w rms a piece. Nevertheless, they pounded. Not only did they pound, but they sounded amazing. The sound quality from them was very clear. They are the best pair of subs I have ever owned to date. In a sealed enclosure, you will not be disappointed. I'm not sure about a ported enclosure or even bandpass, but I'm willing to bet, if done right, they would sound just as good, if not better. If you're looking for some nice clean bump, without breaking the bank, these may be for you.

get loud for cheap

I built a 4 cube enclosure tuned to 33hz with 65 sq. inches of port for 2 of these. They went into a dodge ram 4 door. Off only 300 watts to the both of them they got impressively loud. good boom for the buck.
