Crisp, Clean Highs!!!!!

Bought a pair of these to replace my factory speakers in my 1986 SS Monte Carlo. Had to modify the dash speaker covers. These sit higher then the factory ones. Keep that in mind, be sure to check the space available when upgrading your factories. All in all, awesome product!!!

I've got a set of these hooked up to a Kenwood KDC-942u head unit (HU), FOR OVER TWO YEARS and I must say that they DEFINITELY add to my system. They're durable and STILL whistle. As long as you have a head unit with a good signal to noise/sensitivity ratio, you'll LOVE the addition of these mids. GREAT PRODUCT!

Suprising!

It's very hard to get good sound from a 3.5 inch speaker, so I wasn't expecting much when I auditioned these speakers. Once I heard them though I was sold. A 30 second listen will leave you surprised! Even now they catch me off guard with amazing upper midrange and treble detail. They have also done an amazing job of raising my soundstage. Well done Infinity!

Great Speakers

These were ordered as replacement for originals in a 1983 Mustang. Easy fit, but original dash grill had to be removed and recovered as speaker height was about 1/4" too high. Great sound, especially in an old convertible

Awesome Speakers

Great speakers and very quick shipping. I have a show car and these speakers are doing an amazing job and love the crisp clear sound that comes out of them.

Decent, but be careful

I installed these speakers into the dash of my 2006 Scion Xb hoping to get better sound quality. I already had Infinity Reference 6.5" and 5.5" speakers installed in the doors and in the trunk. Once I installed my amplifier and subwoofer, I noticed the speaker could not handle the low frequencies and I would here a pop. I ended up capping the speaker with a 2.2GHz capacitor and now the speaker is a tweeter, but it still sounds pretty good.

Nice crisp, clear highs. What more could you ask for. Running them off pioneer head unit, plenty of power.

Perfect upgrade to factory

These are great little speakers that put out clean sound from a factory amp. I used these to replace the factory dash 3.5's in my 2012 Charger. It was like taking cotton out of my ears. The music opened up and the detail was amazing. Install was a snap and despite warnings, which may be outdated or related to earlier Charger models, they fit perfectly.
Pro's-install took less than 30 minutes with the Metra harness adapters, Incredible upgrade. Do this if it is all you do to upgrade.

Great Speakers

These are great speakers. This is the first time I have ever owned anything from Infinity and so far, I like them a lot. I Replaced my aging PPI 3.5's from way back when and haven't been happier. I totally recommend these.
