great

pretty much the best speakers for highs if you're not running a amp.

Very happy.. made a bigger difference than I thought!

These are very clear sounding speakers. They are not bass drivers even with the +1 cone but I can not complain. Very clean sounding speaker and the swiveling adjustable tweeter is a nice bonus.

The only thing is that I found out that "CF" stands for "Custom Fit", which means no speaker grills.. which I wanted/needed. But they didn't have the standard ones on sale and I'm still giving these speakers a 5 star for value and design.

I put these in a Lotus Exige and these cars aren't known for good stereos, in fact far from it. But I know have reference speakers front and rear and I think it sounds pretty good now. Very happy...

Excellent!

The clarity of these speakers is incredible. Decent punch, but if you want thump, that's what subs are for. At 100 watt peak per speaker, these handle whatever you throw at them!

The speaker sound great and are a huge improvement over the stock speakers in my Ford F-250 pickup. I am using an older Eclipse CD2000 to power them. I would recommend these speakers and I am sure with an amplifier these speakers would sound even better.

Good sound from my stock audio unit.

I bought these for a 2014 Subaru Outback to replace the stock door speakers. There's plenty of bass from the front door speakers, zero from the rear, but that's because the rears are crossed over at the head unit. They are capable of delivering good bass. Also they are clear and the sound is much improved over my stock speakers. They aren't the best speakers in the world, but they're not priced that way either. For what they are I am very satisfied.

Infinity Reference 6032cf

Put these Infinity Reference 2-way 6-1/2 inch 6032cf in the Front doors of my 2009 Hyundai hoping they would produce a decent highs and mids along with some Mid-65's speakers in the Rear to produce the Base with Mid highs. AMAZING together, I find one complements the other VERY NICE.
Very good quality for the price!

A great choice for a budget factory upgrade

I purchased these along with some 9632cf 6x9's as factory replacements in my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is equipped with the factory Infinity Gold audio system. Installation was very simple with the use of plug adapters from Metra products. The included speaker adapters need to be used and I did have to pre-drill one hole on either side through the door frame for the final fastener. They compliment the 9632's very well ,and, for being powered by factory original components, sound better than the OEM speakers.

Infinity Reference 6032cf Review

This is a great speaker for this lowered price, Very little base so you are going to either need a amp for the speakers or get a sub, i have a 12 inch JL and it sounds perfect.I put all four door speakers in my Jeep Liberty, which is set up complicatedly. But i got all 4 in, just a shade over two hours doing it by myself, I would recommend this product to anyone

Great Speakers For The Price

These speakers sound great! I'm just running off stock head unit, and they are very clear. I'm sure they'd be much better off an amp. Even though the highs are clear and crisp, they do not produce a lot of bass. Though, I am running a subwoofer as well, so it doesn't bother me. I'm very happy with my purchase and with Sonic's extremely fast shipping.

terrific speakers and a great deal!!!!!

this is the second pair of infinity speakers and i gotta say these are the best sounding speakers i have ever bought. infinity makes the best in the business for the price, sure you can maybe get a better speaker but at this level of output and sound quality you will pay much much more. sonic electronix makes it possible to have this high quality speaker at an even better price than i've seen anywhere. thanks sonic i love these speakers and will continue to enjoy them for a long time to come.

Awesome Sound

I put a pair of Infinity 6032cf speakers in my 2008 Chevy Colorado. The sound is unbelievable. Crisp highs which can get even higher with the flip of a switch. The bass can't handle some of the lows from todays music. I guess it's lucky that I listen to classic rock. So they suit my needs perfectly.

Awesome sound quality!!

I had Alpine Type S 6 1/2's before replacing them with these Infinitys. The Alpines were very bright and high pitched. Treble from them was far to loud. I dropped these Infinitys in and they have a much more balanced, detailed , crisp sound. Same power handling but much more balanced. I listen to all kinds of music and they sound great with all. Midbass is acceptable but I didnt buy them for the bass. The price here at Sonic is cheap. Pleased with all my purchases here. These speakers probably cannot be beaten for what they cost. They sound better then my Alpines and as good as my Boston Acoustics that were in my previous vehicle. You cant go wrong with these speakers or the price. Buy them and see.

beautiful, open highs

airy highs opened up sound throughout the car.

nice, fast polypropylene response to electrical input for Great definition

in-line co-axial tweeters sacrifice a bit of bass in ALL co-axial speakers, not just these, compared to separates

I'm able to run all sound sources FLAT i.e. with no bass, treble, mid-range or other equalization.

These sound GREAT and are terrific value for the money.

Good to go

Running these the reference 3000s and 4000s running off a Kenwood 998 deck and a Kenwood amp. These things bang. Hard! The difference in your sound quality from just swapping out your stock speakers with these is very noticeable. Get a 4 channel amp putting out 140 at 2 ohms and you won't need any more. The highs are hi and the lows are low. Make sure you run quality rcas as well. No point in skimping on cable when your already splurging on the good stuff.

Great bang for you're buck!

Bought these to replace the factory speakers in my 2014 Harley Street Glide, these Infinity's ROCK, so much better than the stock speakers! The bass is good, but you won't get thumping bass from a 6.5" speaker anyhow. I was not disapointed with these speakers and would recommend them for someone on a budget, I'll eventually replace them with some better and more expensive Infinity's, but for now these will do just fine!

Excelentes Parlantes!

I have to say I was impressed with the clarity and bass that give these speakers, the Infinity purchase because it is a brand that you should not be afraid to play it safe on every purchase.

Need to replace the original speakers of the door in my Kia Rio 2005 and was going to install a new radio-X700BT Pioneer FH then needed power in my door and in the back using a KICKER DS693 honestly with this not necessary Sub Woofer or additional amplifiers, since the sound you have is too strong with these INFINITY, of course if you want to get ahead put more power amplifier with a plant that these speakers will sound louder happy.

Great sound for the money.

Put 4 of these in my Saturn wagon and they do have great sound. Just running them through a 22WPC Kenwood HU with no external amp. Clean, crisp highs and good midrange. Yes, they are a little weak on bass so I added an 8" sub which makes a world of difference. with my long commute to work I run these 3 hours a day and they're still going strong. Highly recommend these for the price!

An okay speaker

Good bass and midbass for a 6.5" speaker. The highs were somewhat harsh. This is even though I was running the speakers with an Alpine PDX-5. I ended up giving them away and getting Polk MM speakers instead - which were a big improvement in sq. But for the price the infinity's aren't a bad deal.

Good speakers, Great price

I installed two sets of these speakers in my 1992 Honda Accord Sedan. The rear speakers power from a Kenwood head unit, the front pair are powered from a small 4-channel Kicker amp, of which 2 channels run my door speakers, the other two are bridged to a 4 ohm MTX 10" sub in the trunk. Overall, the sound is pretty level, no one part is over powering the other. These speakers have fairly decent bass response on their own, a little amp power makes them better, and helps keep distortion at bay.

I would recommend running about 35-40 watts RMS to these speakers to really get out of them what they're capable of.

Awesome deal!

I bought these for the front doors of my '96 Ford F250. Running off my 600 watt Sony amp, these suckers get LOUD. Easily enough to drown out the noise of the diesel, and they will easily make me unable to hear myself think. There is slight distortion at high volumes, but at that point it's so loud that the highs will give me a headache.

Case in point - If you want some awesome speakers for a great price, buy these!!!

BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK

These speakers are an excellent choice, I set the x-over at the +3db setting for tweeter and then can back tweeter gain down from head unit. The clarity of these speakers is awsome, which is typical of infinity. The added output of head unit due to the 2ohm. rating is a real plus.

Crisp, clean highs. Zero bass, however. Keep in mind, they weren't designed for that. If you're looking to replace your door speakers and want a night and day difference in volume and clarity, buy these. This is a good price, too.

Great Speakers!!!

These were a replacement for my factory speakers. I haven't replaced the headunit yet, but there is a huge difference already, and I cant wait to replace the headunit. They do get loud, highs are clear, bass is very good. If the speakers get to high, the low end does distort very quickly. I put my amp to send out high only, and the speakers sound like they are producing low end bass, but its only mid bass. I am very happy I picked these speakers out. Make sure you buy an amp for these speakers, you will really need one!! Overall these speakers would be bought again. Although I might give the JBLs a try one day too.

What a change...

Let me start like this, Last Summer My wife and I helped our friend install a set of Reference components in his 1990 Miata. His is processed through an Alpine CDE-117 to a Crunch 2ch amp to the doors. It sounds simply amazing. Well... a little more than a month ago me and the wife picked up a 1991 Miata, it has a Mazda 6disc in dash source unit, factory head rest speakers are seriously degraded. And the previous owner installed a set of Panasonic Coax in the doors. I wondered why the Panasonics sounded like trash, well the speakers do not even have a surround from the factory on the mid cone. WTH? So I did not want to spend the money my friend did on his components since my main focus on sound is my SUV, me and the wife got to listening to speaker and both decided on the Reference series Coax. Just finished installing them about 25mins ago and what a difference even on stock head unit power. The speakers are very clear, I can really hear detail now. We will be getting a set for my Wife's 3000GT soon. There are better speakers out there, but for the money, this set is very much worth it.

Infinity never disappoints

I replaced the OEM door speakers in my 03 standard cab Tundra (the only ones that it had!) and added some Infinity 6x9s in boxes behind the seat along with them and wow what a difference!
I am running only off of a Sony media player head unit but still have plenty of nice clean mids and highs from the 6-3/4"s with the 6x9s supplying the low end.
I've run Infinitys for years in all types of vehicles, amped up and with head unit only and they never disappoint!

Sharp Sound

We bought the first set of speakers to go in the door of our 2006 Honda Civic. They have sharp crystal clear sound. But with the factory radio and rear speakers you don't get the full effect so we have decided to install an after market radio with dvd and the same speakers for the rear. So once we get all of our equipment and install it I will be able to expand more on the quality of the sound.

Great speakers

I brought the Infinity speakers for my Miata. It's been very tough to find the right speakers for my convertible. The 6-1/2 speakers have provided good bass for the little car. The directional tweeters are the A+. Since the speaker locations are located at the far side of the doors.I simply turned the tweeters towards to the driver/passenger side. The imaging is almost as good as component speakers. And they never missed the high end with treble control +2 +5 db control. I highly recommend them.

Crisp highs, good mid bass. No distortion yet and we do play them loud sometimes. They are hooked up on a Pioneer GM-6000F (50RMS x 4) with 2 other Infinitys (components). Solid performer for this pricepoint. I prefer the highs on these than ANY Polks.

Infinity Reference 6032cf

These speakers sound fantastic! Crisp, defined highs, and distortion free mids and mid bass. They actually handle more power than their rating suggest! As another reviewer said, these sound better than much more expensive Alpine or Kenwood 6.5s. Very pleased as these create a rich full sound, even at high volumes. You will get the sound/performance of a much more expensive brand. Absolutely recommend!

Not as powerful as the Infinity speakers that came with the car.

I have a Pacifica and the Infinity speakers manufactured for the car from the dealer which I thought I was getting when I ordered these, can not handle or compare to the sound quality, the power, and clarity that I miss in the ones I had replaced. The sound quality of these speakers are better than some others that I listened to prior to purchase. Unfortunately, one of them already sounds busted and I haven't had them a year yet.

Sound Great!

Had 4 of these in my 1997 Honda Del Sol VTEC, sounded great powered by a JBL 75Wx4 amplifier. Similar to my OEM speakers but slightly crisper

It's a good product. I put these on a 18 year old Mercedes which has a set up without a separate amplifier. The result is a nice crisp sound which is just a small step up from the original speakers. I have heard these could benefit greatly from a separate amp to generate more low end.

Can't go wrong

I do a lot of car stereo installs, previous career. I always tell people to go with infinity or JBL speakers. Both are Harmon products, and you can't go wrong. That handle power, sound great, and what else could you want? These were for my own car. As with all aftermarket speakers, a crossover is recommended. Don't expect a lot of bass output. Do the right thing and get a sub.

Awesome speakers for an affordable price !

I replaced my old infinity Kappa's in my 94 Honda Civic with these new infinity reference speakers. The fit didn't match up with the holes in the rear deck of my Honda where the old speakers fir ,so it took some elbow grease and finesse to get them installed, but once in they fit nicely and sounded great ! I didn't realize how what a bad condition my old infinity's were in until I heard the awesome sound of the new infinity reference speakers. The sound reproduction is phenomenal ! I highly recommend these speakers for someone who is on a budget, but want great sound that is impressive !

overall value

2015 Toyota tundra speakers are 2 ohm so I wanted to match that. I hooked them up to a Kenwood amp 50w @ 2 ohm and the high are so much better, cleaner mid bass, all around better sound. Love the 0db +3dB switch

Sound great for the price

Did a quick budget install for my mom on mothers days in her Chevy Colorado. They sound really good running off the Pioneer headunit. Granted not as crisp and clear as some higher end stuff I have used, but for the money, you really cant go wrong with these as stock replacements.

Great upgrade!

I installed these speakers in the doors of my 99 Tacoma. I wanted speakers with better highs as the speakers sit so low in the cab. They were everything I wanted. Crisp highs much better than the Pioneers I had in there. Could not be happier. Run a 8" subwoofer and the range now is great. I hear all the notes!

Infinity 6032cf

These were easy to install using the old speaker frame and screwing the new units into the old mounts. They are louder than I expected and I probably should have bought a set for the rear, as the Pyles I have there are not as responsive

Really Impressive

These are a great value for the price. I installed them as replacements for factory speakers in a 2006 Colorado with a Pioneer deck as a Mothers Day gift. With no amplifiers in the equation, they totally exceeded my expectations. I've used JBL, MB Quart, and Pioneer in the past. Not quite as clear as the JBLs, but certainly better sounding than the MB Quart and Pioneer and almost half the price of the MB Quarts.

Pros: Great bang for the buck
Perfect budget speakers

Cons: Probably want to look higher up if you are building a full amplified system

Very good aftermarket speakers

Good investment. Stock speakers were 5 years old and somehow damaged by weather. Put these puppies in and changed everything for the better. I believe infinity and JBL have the same manufacturing facility and probably the same quality. I like em

Great Factory replacements

I replaced the factory speakers in my 2005 Chevy Colorado. I installed FatMat around the speaker areas and then installed the speakers with the included mounting adapters. Only down side was there are no screws included and the factory speakers only have 1 screw holding them in so keep that in mind to pickup a few self tapping screws.
With the factory head-unit, these speakers sound great! After installing a Pioneer head-unit, the speakers get even louder and have more bass causing other things to rattle in my doors so I will have to resolve that but over all I am very happy with these speakers. Might add a small compact sub-woofer under the seat to get the deeper, smoother bass that I am used to hearing in my Chrysler 300.

Cant beat Infinity

Sound quality is outstanding! Dont overpower these things or you'll smoke the tweeter. I think infinity cannot be matched when it comes to cost and quality.

Best sound for the $

You can't go wrong with anything hk, infinity and jbl are probably the best sounding entry level stuff you can get your hands on. Hands down sound better than the big brands. Pioneer, kenwood, jvc, kicker, Rockford, and Sony can't even compare. The only one even in the ballpark is alpine. For the extra $ they cost, I don't understand why anyone buys that crap you get at Walmart or whatever. Vr3, dual, boss, Pyle, planet audio.... Cmon people. Get it together already.

Good highs, No mid-bass/bass

As a quick note: I have run these speakers off of three power supplies all in the same car and my review will show the progress of the speakers.

1. Factory headunit: Speakers added clarity in the highs, but did not produce even half the bass the stock toyota speakers produced.

2. Kenwood 20w rms stereo: Added such a small amount of bass i wouldn't really call it a change, even add full bass boost and bass at +8 these speakers were horrible at reproducing any thump.

3. Kenwood Stereo + Soundsteam 75w rms pert channel amp: Some improvement, although i've had pioneer's sound better on lows without an amp. Good clarity in the highs and little distortion.

In conclusion: BUY A SUB WOOFER AS WELL.

Best speakers for the price!

The infinity reference series is my favorite mid-level car audio speaker. Crisp but not tinny highs and solid lows. Textile tweeter (silk I think) puts out a smoother, warmer sound than mylar, or composite tweeters. Rotating angled tweeters are great for directing the highs up toward your ears when the speakers are down in the doors. Lower impedance means more power from the same amp/head unit than other speakers. With 60 watts (external amp) behind each speaker, it takes a lot to distort them and I use a high-pass crossover to cut out the lowest frequencies so they never distort.

Infinity 6032f

Look nice, good name, dismal sound for my taste. Not even close to enough mid bass. Tweeters scream, but sound like tin. Good price but wouldn't buy again. A shame since Infiniti has been around for so long. Bought a pair of JBL about a week later . I needed something that sounded more "well-rounded". Tsk tsk.
