Excellent car audio power cable

Excellent product. Easy to work with. I bought two sets so I could wire a four channel amp and have extra power wire to do a "big three" wire project under the hood. Highly recommended.

I love this wire it's so much better than my old 4 gauge wire. I put it next to the 4 gauge i bought from a local audio store and the rockford wire was twice as big and way more flexible. Everything in this kit is amazing and it is def worth the price.

very nice kit for the price paid. wire is extremely flexible for gauge. power wire is long enough to go from battery at the front of the engine bay, through the firewall, under dash, under the carpet, down transmission tunnel, under rear seats, into trunk and still have 2 feet to spare. this was done on a 93 chevy beretta, so bigger sedans and suvs may need more wire. i'm very pleased with this kit and would buy again

Rockford Fosgate RFK4I Review

All i can say is wow. Unbelievable power delivery and a crisp clean signal with no distortion or signal loss issues. RF has always been amazing with their products and this kit just adds to that reputation.

I bought two pair of these Infinity Reference speakers to replace the oem speakers in my '15 Fit. They fit (pun intended) perfect. They are not amped, just running straight off the stock HU. The difference is like night and day.

Phenomenal Speakers!

I have 4 of the 6-1/2" Infinity REF-6502ix speakers in my 98 Dodge Dakota. They do a great job in my opinion of projecting both high and low notes. I listen to Hip Hop/R&B music with a lot of bass. These speakers hold up to a lot of bass even with the music turned up loud. However I have found that the speakers do distort after listen to music loudly with a lot of bass after a prolonged amount of time.

The Infinity REF-6502ox car speakers deliver great sound. The highs are crisp and the lows give that great sound combination. It makes taking roads trips a lot more fun. I recommend getting these speakers for your vehicle.

Put these in the rear fill of my 2004 Evo 8. They are great with the rear channels of a JL audio 500/5 going to them! Sonic ships way fast. Great deal. Tweeters have push button +/- 3db on them...so they are super easy to set up. System rocks harder than ever.

Smooth sounding

I needed a speaker with a tweeter that can pivot. Also I like to listen to music without hearing distortion, this speaker is perfect. If you like to listen to rock, classical songs with vocals this is the perfect speakers. These speakers play very accurately and that is important to me. I highly recommend them to anyone who like audiophile grade in the car. Don't purchase these speakers if you don't plan to play them with an amp because you won't get the full performance out of them just playing them through a receiver.

Infinity REF-6502ix

These are really good speakers as long as you have something to push the bass. These speakers dont have that much bass but have really fantastic highs and mids. I had 5 1/4 alpine speakers and now that i have these i can hear the vocals and everything else over the bass from my 2 12s. Plus the speaker grilles look really nice even though i dont have them on my speakers due to space restraints

Do not rush to buy it

Overall: An average speaker. Its has a pronounced top end but the midbass is lackluster.

Value: At their full price of $200+ they are not what you expect. At $150 or less they are a decent buy.

Look/Design: It includes two little Infinity ambles you can stick to your door for the OEM upgraded look. Otherwise, your average pretty speaker.

Durability: Had the reference series for the last 5 years and they stood the test of time and weather in the OEM door locations with out any issues. Considering the woofers look identical I'm expecting the same

Features: Short of the +3 db high boost, no other notable features. X-over is too large. Probably just for marketing purposes. it could be half the size.

Ease of Use: It just works. Good instructions on how to use all the attachments etc.

Rockford Fosgate RFK4I

I purchaced these cables a while back to upgrade with more power and work great seller got them to me wery quick and works great. And best price I could find. Lot better than local store. These guys are the real DEALS!!!

Great little unit

The unit is exactly as advertised and makes a great small package sub for any car where space is an issue. It was easy to install and works great - I installed it in a 34 foot motorhome and I could have used a little more power, but it does the trick and I am satisfied.

Rockford Wire

I highly recommend this wire kit! I have it hooked up in my 99 chevy silverado with a kenwood 9105d and JBL GT5s in a sealed box and it's amazing. The wire is defintly full 4 guage. Not copper over aluminum like most cheap brands are. A 4 guage copper over aluminum is like 8 guage true copper. Having proper wire is essential to reaching maximum ability of your amp. If your amp cannot receive the full amount of power then it will overheat and stop working. A good wire kit is a safety investment in your car audio. This is a great kit for the price. Everything you need to hook your amp up. You get what you pay for. Don't get cheap wire and risk your amp, subs, and car battery. Overall great kit and would recommend friends buying!

Very good 4 guage wire, pretty much everything what you need for a subwoofer amp wiring... very pliable wire, easy to hide under the carpet. I hook it up to a friend of mine, no sweat :) Sonic has a good deal compare to other retailers. I you've got extra cash, take kicker, the blue one. It is thicker and silver tinted... the one im using right now. :)

Hey I got RF Amp Kit

OK, got this in today and i ordered it yesterday So Great Shipping and Very Fast, but the wire seems to be under spec and it doesn't stand up to their 4 awg claim, the wire i got at a audio store for cheaper had more copper then this kit, maybe its just this kit, that doesn't stand up to the specs because it is the cheaper one of RF Kits, but for 54$ bucks it is a good deal, the wire is very flexible and very easy to fit in tight places, and i would recommend it to first time installers because, it can make it a lot easier for you, but to other installers look else where, With this kit your just paying for the RF name

top quality

just recieved these a couple days ago and compared it to my other 4 gauge kit from stinger, the difference is insane. this stuff is amazing soooo soft and bendy even better than licorice. none of these other brands that make amp kits come even close to the quality and performance of rockford.

Great Quality

I bought these to power an RE SE-X 15 hooked up to a Sundown amp at about 800 RMS. Let me tell you, these cables are GREAT quality. Definitely 4 AWG wire, and plenty of it, enough for me to cut off extra and use it for a "big 3" upgrade. Wires are very flexible. RCA cables are high quality. Im gonna use home stereo speaker wire for my setup so this was perfect. Only flaw is the fuse. Because the fuse-holder uses a MAXI fuse which is very large, it sticks out the side of the fuse holder. Although, this makes for easy inspection of the fuse. Overall a very clean and high quality kit.

The kit comes with everything. The wire is all super flexible, so it is easy to fit in tight places in you're vehicle.

I got this kit installed and tested and here is my opinion.
The good: Kit has all you need for an installation with all kinds of extras, attachments and such.
The bad: The crossover by it self is to a large degree a disappointment, in fact I had to modify it to make it in to an excellent unit.
The sound: After the modification to the crossover, this speakers sound just great.
Verdict: Even if you can't change the crossover the over all sound of the system is far superior to any other speakers I have listened to. Also the price of them is lower then other systems. A win win situation.

Very flexible wires easy to put the fuse in only down side that i dont like is how big the fuse holder is and that the fuse sticks out like it does but other than that very great product wouldn't think about buying anything otha kind specially for this price fastest shipping ever

Best

Had off brand, kicker, etc. Nothing lives up to rockfords wires. Measured and it is 4awg power and ground. Not thick insulation and powered my 2 kenwood kac-904d perfectly. 1800 watts was a little much for 4awg but anything under 1500 would work great.

Greatest For The Price

I purchased this product from B*** B** and i paid twice as much. I wish i would have purchased it at Sonic Electronix for half the price!!!!

Overall, it is a great kit. came with everything but speaker wire, but it was thick enough and it powers my 1000 watt RMS amp.

I wanted to install my own sound system in my Dodge Dakota and wanted to do it right. I bought this kit based on other reviews and because of the quality Rockford is known for. After getting this kit and using it, I can say it's all very high quality. I have been using my system now for over 6 months, no issues!

Amp Wiring Kit

This kit did exactly what I needed it to so I could hook up my amp. There is plenty of cable to run from the battery all the way to the back of the car and all the needed accessories are included. I would highly recommend this kit.

Great Kit. Good Value

Installed in a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer SS and a Pontiac Torrent. All wiring was long enough to reach the rear tray nicely and the quality was great. Everything I needed to get my MTX amps and Alpine subs bumping again was in the kit. Did need more zip ties but those are cheap. Sounds great and better than the low grade CCA autopart store kits for a similar price. If you are debating price versus quality this is a clear winner in both categories. Signal RCA's didn't look too robust but have not had any issues.

Clean Class D on Highs - VALUE

I have been a Rockford fan all my life. They represent QUALITY and set standards. I am proud owner of power and punch series amps. Now I have prime to cover all the lines. This amp, being a class D for one, on highs, is not the same as AB but I can tell you that you REALLY NEED TO KNOW YOUR SOUND to tell a difference. 99% probably wont. There is a difference when it comes to comparing prime to punch and to power. If you don't own a power series then you won't understand. But when you do it's obvious you have something special. Prime is great, having this r600.4 on RE XXX 6.5 components up front and Infinity Reference in the rear, you get plenty of power and a clean signal. If you are tight on your budget and want VALUE matched with quality then this is a great choice.

RF 4 gauge

This product is great. Just got it in the mail. One of the things is that the Rockford wiring is very nicely insulated, most people wont see that. Its very flexible. They give you a honest product with 1600+ strands in that copper wiring.

Hmmm...not ENOUGH

So i got this kit because its RF and 4 AWG, sounds good to me, but it didn't have all the terminals necessary for complete amp installation. Overall its an alright kit, but i would recommend spending a little more on a higher end wiring kit.

Best amp I've owned

Big brother to my R400, I have the R600 powering 2x8 inch bazooka tubbies, and 2x10 inch bazooka marine tube subs. Incredible depth, clarity, and volume. Factory tested at 820 Watts RMS. I cant imagine how loud this would be in a car - it fills my 39 foot boat with sound.

A year powering my setups, great amp!

This amp is a dream! Well worth the price. It's reliable, clean and efficient. For my first setup I used it to power polk db's (2 components in the front and 2 coaxials in the back. Those speakers were monsters. I upgraded a few months later to polk's high end MM series. I only installed two front components for my sound stage and I'll tell you, I push it to the max all the time and still receive VIVID clarity, sound quality, and power from the combo of amp and speakers. This amp is versatile! So if you decide to switch it up like I did, as long as you do your research (and your math) this amp is unbeatable.

Power house for an entry level amplifier

Do not underestimate this amplifier just because it's Rockford Fosgate's entry level Prime series. This little guy packs solid lows and clean highs that will scream through your Mids and Highs. I have this amplifier running full range speaker configurations but I'm sure it would run moderate subwoofers fairly easy. All in all if you're in the market for a solid 4-channel amplifier I would highly recommend this product!

On strong recommendation from another seller for a less than $200 amp I bought Zapco 4channel 75/channel amp, and in less than one year started having problems. I bought this amp from Sonic a month ago and I wish I had saved my $$ and gotten the R600 instead. Its a noticable step up in power, particularly running at 2 Ohms/150/channel with my Image Dynamic CTX compontents and ID8 sub. Like the rest of the reviews, I have much bigger, clearer SQ, soundstage separation and especially midrange sound coming from more power.

All I can say is wow... just wow. Clean sound, compact design, and even when, like the other Class D amps, ran hard barely breaks a sweat. Although it might be paired wrong with some speakers I've never heard of they still pack a punch for uncommon. Either way this amp does pack some punch, love it.

just wow

Me and the my brother have been putting in car audio for a little while and I'll tell you something, this amp is the most clean I've ever heard in my life. I've never heard rockford amps before but now I understand the hype. I will buy rockford again and recommend to everyone. And in the picture it looks small but it's pretty thick to be honest. But still compact.

Over the years Rockford Fosgate has continually surpassed my expectations. I've been trusting in RF for over 20 years now. This prime amp is a "prime" example of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. It's supposed to be the "value" series of their products but yet it performs better than most other premium lines of manufacturers. It's small yet powerful, performs at a surprisingly cool rate, represents at a very clean ratio, and is versatile yet simple to dial in. Once again, I am one very happy camper and you will be too.
