Excellent Product!

I did a lot of researching around when I was looking for a 4 channel amp wiring kit, and I started noticing NVX products popping up quite frequently. I couldn't be more happy with this kit and the quality of the NVX products. The "Flexibility" in the wiring is really something you have to feel and NVX does such a good job with packaging, presentation, and making you feel like this is a high quality product. The design of this product is like nothing I have seen in amplifier wiring and I have really bought into this brand after purchasing a few of their products.

Very good kit and great product install options

So this kit gave me everything I needed minus a ground wire. I mounted this in the midcabin section of my boat so I needed at least a 20ft piece of ground. Aside from that the kit was perfect for everything I needed. Really liked the additional speaker wire because I ran out by about 15 feet prior to completion. Would definitely recommend the kit.

Great but got shorted on wire....

I would recommend this... It comes in a great display and has clean sound.... Only problem I had was it says that it comes with 65ft of speaker cable and I only recieved about 30..... I had to go out and buy an extra 20 or so feet of a different brand to have enough to wire my 4 doors... Other than that, it's fine....

It does the job

Bought this as a bundle deal with my amp. Great wire. Had it installed for a $100 by a professional. And yes it was done professionally. Only thing it doesn't come with us a battery clip. A minor expense $10 at Max at Walmart.

GREAT sound

I have many years of experience in studio recording in the music industry - as a musician. So I was looking to build a system that can replicate the studio sound as best as I could to listen to a wide variety of music. I do not need thumping deep rattle the next car bass, I want clean musical sound. I have had alpine subs and those can punch and get some solid deep bass, but that was not my goal with this setup (although it can do that too, rather well). This is my 2nd purchase of this sub in a second vehicle and in both cases this has performed exactly what I needed. The sound of an upright bass sounds amazing, can easily go into the higher frequency range and make the transition from door speakers to sub seamless. I bought this sub to play anything I threw at it and do it well, not to only play one type of music all the time. Mostly Jazz, Classic Rock, Ska, 90's, Classical, Pop (wife likes that stuff..) and occasional R&B. I recommend the kappa components to go along with the sub - some say the highs are harsh, but I call it accurate and clear. This sub can do it all, I'm very happy with it.

TL;DR, get this amazing sounding sub for your setup if you want perfect sound and a strong presence. Might want to go larger than 10" or another brand if you want that deep killer decibel punch and trunk rattling bass;)

Just what I was looking for!

This amp is amazing and I have to agree the 3 channel is perfect for what I need and this amp is amazing. Pumps out clean power and fit just where I needed it to. (Though it is bigger than it looks in the pictures, just check before if it will fit where you want it to.)

Mounted on my spare tire in my scion tc. Powering the nvx component set and the nvx v subwoofer 500rms at 2omhs and it slams! (I'm very happy about the nvx products as well)

Sonic is the best if you don't already know by now, but back to the amp. The "EZ" setting gain LEDs are extremely helpful and I really enjoy that I have that feature. Also this puts out amazing power and only takes an 8 guage wire kit which was perfect. I am a big fan of JBL and NVX now. This amp is more that likely putting out more than it's rated for, just clean power. Very, very happy.

Awesome sub for the price

It hits hard and looks great. The 4 to 2 ohm switch makes setting up your amp easy. I'm running it with a mono block jl 500 watt amp and outs loud and hitting great.

car speakers

These speakers sound nice and balanced not to boomy but a good punchy bass and treble sound. They can handle whatever power amplification is fed to them. I would recommend them for their overall value and just crisp clear sound without the distortion.

Best amp kits

I have used Belva, Truconnect, and NVX amp kits. NVX is the best by far, there is a real difference and worth the extra dollars but still cheaper than many. value , quality, and all bits you might need included.

Great Amp

I have this amp pushing a soundqubed sdc2.5 12 and it is loud, I connected my four factory speakers and they sound great. I have had this amp for 2 weeks and I haven't had any problems, I highly recommend it!!!!

high quality

have lots of experience in the car audio industry and decided to get these after doing research on what i felt would be best for my setup. My last system had 2 L7 12s but this time i was looking to conserve a little more trunk space and was looking for more quality. put this in the recommended .75 sealed enclosure powered by a polk 5 channel amp and have been impressed so far. doesn't hit the lows like my last setup but for the size this really packs a punch. One of the most accurate sounding subs ive heard. going to try it in a ported box soon to compare.

For a single 10", this sub hits hard. It looks even better. Hookup is flexible with the 2ohm switch. Makes wiring that much easier. Just what I needed to add clear bass to my system without annoying everyone else around me.

High Quality Sound

I ordered two of these and built a box to Infiinty's specs with 1" MDF. These sound so great! They don't play extremely loud (powered perfectly by a Kappa One) but they blend so well with the rest of the system. The sound is clean and hard, not boomy. On that note they can handle high volume, but if you want that slammin' bass in your face feel, these aren't for you (I know these are only 10's. but I'm confident the 12's are very similar). I am an Infinity loyalist in the car as well as home, and these remind me why!

Perfect for trucks

I got this for my truck, it runs a pair of JBL Power coaxials and a pair of GTO subs wired to 2 ohms.

The power is outstanding. Way more than i expected. I'm not sure why there are not more 2 channel + subwoofer amps out there but this is exactly what i need in one amp. This thing is heavier and bigger than it looks in the pictures. I love the sound quality. I expect nothing less than a great product from JBL and this has lived up to the name.

Perfect for my needs-well thought out amp design

I used this in conjunction with the GTO504 for a 7 speaker setup. this amp has plenty of options for a variety of situations. For me the auto-sensing remote took a few seconds to start, but it always worked fine. I now have a remote signal that avoids this, but I was OK with it when I was using it. The two different hi level and low level inputs worked great for me in two versions of my installation using both speaker and line level signals. If anything, the low level is very sensitive so if you are going in with 4V or higher I might recommend the hi level and using the gains to get it right. I had a hard time getting my minimum down.
The layout of the amps made installation on the back on my rear seats a snap and kept everything accessible, unlike most other amps. It also looks good when installed. Not flashy, but classy.The setup CD and step-by step process for setting the gains worked well but I had to dial it back quite a bit. However, that meant that I have lots of headroom on this amp and that makes me happy. I am driving Infinity Reference 6x9s and a 1062 DVC 10" sub at 2 Ohms in a sealed box. Plenty of power for that. The sub section is equivalent to the GTO-501 if you are comparing. If you have a need for a 2.1 configuration you can't go wrong here. Great value for the money.

These Infinity's are amazing!

I had one Kicker CVT10 2 Ohm speaker for a year, it was a good subwoofer, generally i liked it. Until my box rattled and it was too small for the sub and it was bouncing because of the screws. I went ahead and built another box and put in two of these subs in. What a difference, they don't hit much harder because the same amp is being used - a 400 watt rms kicker mono amp. They are much better sound quality wise, they are so much cleaner it is amazing. They also hit lows the Kicker never responded to. The difference is clear. For ten dollars per sub more, these subs are superior to the kicker.

very nice

the sound quality is very very wonderful that these subs produce. they look very nice and the 3 voice coils is nice. the only bad thing is that the magnet is so big that they wont get very loud at all at 350 rms a piece. they need more power than 350 rms apiece but i dont know if they are capable of handling more.

The quality of the wire is top notch. The power cord comes with a protective cover for under the hood. It comes with all the connectors needed to be successful in your install. The customer service was great when I had a question.

NVX XKIT 84

This works great. It came free when I purchased my amp and it had everything I needed for install and more. There is a TON of speaker wire included so if you are doing a project that requires alot you should be good to go. The fancy coating on the power lead is a nice touch.

SSI is a TREAT! IB - YES.

I have a pair of these installed IB in the rear deck of my Altima. They are awesome, they have a lot of output, and are not as musical as some subs I have had IB in the past, but they play well down low which is what I got them for. I would certainly recommend these to someone who is going IB and in a box they will do just as well. The selectable smart impedance is awesome. It really gives you great flexibility with amplifier selection.

Not Sure this is 100% Copper

Its a nice set of cables. No problem with sound or power running a 4 channel amp at almost 400W RMS. But I am not convinced this is 100% OFC copper. I have other plain copper wires. They are much more dense and heavy for their mass. This feels lighter than copper. It is also more flexible and holds less of a bend--when you cut it it is extremely more brittle than plain copper. It looks like there is as much tinning as there is copper. The speaker wire and amp turn on are about one guage larger than advertised according to my stripper, which is nice. It was also nice to see the speaker wires are double insulated with two separate layers of insulation. I like the kit, it seems to work. But having used plain copper many many times, this stuff looks like there is less copper than whatever lighter metal it is coated with.

Last subs I'll have to buy...

Powering a pair of these with a Kappa 4 in bridged mode. Used the Infinity specs to build a ported enclosure and it turned out perfectly. Loud, crisp, clear - everything I was shooting for. Had to remove the back seat in a extended cab GMC to make room for the enclosure, but well worth it. The drive to and from work is now an awesome experience that I look forward to each day. I am just wowed with how the system turned out. Accurate reproduction is what these subs are all about. Probably not suited for rap thumping, but for my classic rock line-up -- couldn't be happier!

I got two of the kappa 100.9 in my Infiniti G37 and it rocks really hard. They are powered by an infinity kappa one which really delivered an awesome sound. I also have a kappa four for my kappas 6x9 and 6-1/2" components which is really awesome. Would recommend any time.

Great Lows

This is a great sub. I have an MTX formed enclosure for my 1994 Z-28 and the 10" that was in it just wasn't producing the lows I expected. I replaced it with the Kappa 100.9. It fit perfectly and now the lows are much more noticeable. The construction is very solid, and matched with Kappa speakers in front and read, powered by an Infinity 5 channel amp, the sound is great. The 2/4 ohm switch makes it an easy fit for any system.

NVX makes that best kits!

I love the ease of use. Power and ground already come with terminal ring attached and shrink wrapped. First two feet of power cable has nylon mesh for protection from head inside the engine bay. Plus you get a bag of extras just in case. This is my second NVX amp kit and I will go with them again in the future.

Not very powerfull

Doesn't have much spl i connected a 750 4ohm 12' hifonics sub and 50 rms 4ohm speakers to the other 2 channels turned it to max volume and got disappointed by the lack of power in sound Its only an decent upgrade from the bad sound systems that are installed on almost every car on market i expected more for the relative high price of this amp , the sound its good but not goes loud enough , lack of power , it's a small amp they sacrificed the power for space better was bigger with more sound power than smaller with less power its also an big energy consumer its not class d i think that's why consumes many energy and produce small sound , decent sound nothing more . But i think the other alternative brands of car amps on market are not better than this for the same price .

High quality value, with the output to match!

Very nice quality subwoofer, at an affordable price. Build quality better than Kicker yes. I have always used Kicker subwoofers, and this time I just wanted one small 10" driver. I chose to give this Infinity Kappa 10" a shot. Just got it hooked up today, and I was blown away with it's sound reproduction and output for such a small driver. I have it in a 1.0cu ft sealed enclosure. Hits accurate, deep and tight. I have about 600rms going to it. You wont find a better sub for the price period.

these speakers are very clean and detailed sounding with very impressive bass response. they do seem to be missing some of the fullness of some of the speakers I've use, but that could also be just the acoustics in the vehicle and/or the need for some equalization. Anyway I am impressed with the sound quality and would buy again.

Just copped 2 of these in my 05 impreza, these are the best subs I've ever owned, they aint the loudest but most def crisp as hell. Should be charging 200 a sub. I got these hooked up to a 1000 watt kenwood set at 2ohms, and they pull the s*** out this amp. Lookin to upgrade the amp but it does fine for now. Great buy, recomend to anyone.

Sound quality sub! Clean bass

Originally I bought a kicker compr. It had really nice low bass but no mid bass at all. Returned it and bought this infinity. Running it in a .75 cu sealed boxed and it hits so clean and nice. Lows are loud and clean. Also hits the mid bass with no problem.

I'm not a bass boomer. I like my bass tight but with a punch. this sub is the answer. well constructed and great feature with the 2 or 4 ohm option. a little pricy but as anything you get what you pay for!

Excellent sub.. POWERFUL for a '10!!

This sub is very, very nice.. Nice clean bass, very solid build quality. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the product as soon as I took it out of the box. It also weighs almost 20 pounds.

The sound that can come out of this thing is crazy. My friend didn't believe that it was a 10 when he heard it because it hits harder and cleaner than his 12. Definitely buy a quality amp for this. I was using a 380W rms Pioneer amp for a week until I got one more suited for this sub; a 300W rms Polk monoblock. With the Polk amp running the juice for this sub I could not be happier.

At 160 bucks, this is a great buy that no one would be disappointed with. The the genius who said his subs were making crunching noises after a week, you blew your subs.. don't give low ratings because you don't understand the difference between rms and peak power. This sub is solid.

Bad Sub!

This thing blew up in less than a week... Do not buy this sub! Replaced it with an Alpine Type-R 10" and have not had any problems.

JBL GTO 3EZ

This is my first amp and I would say it is fantastic. I have it in a Toyota Tacoma under the seat and it fits perfect. It powers my polk dxi 650's and one alpine bass line 12 and sounds really good. It was really easy to set up and tune with the JBL tuning CD. It looks great and sounds great! It was inexpensive and works great I would recommend this to anyone looking for this kind of amp and power range set up.

infinity kappa 462.9

I purched these for a 06' chevy silverado crew cab .this is my second set I have purchased .I love the sound of infinity .great highs even for the size of speaker .haven't installed them yet . But hopefully soon .well post more later .no cons you cant go wrong a setof these

Good sound

Product worked perfectly as described and install easy. Well worth the money. Kappa Series speakers are the best infinity speakers I have heard.

Can't Wait

2 of these Kappa's are being run in and I can't wait till I can turn them up to see what they can realy do. They sound clean and crisp! However they have a lot of room for more power in a week or so, but they still thump now!

Meh..

Had 2 of these for about 3 weeks running on an Infinity Kappa One amplifier, had to return them to sonic because they were both making metal on metal crunching noises when they were on.

Disspointed

I've had these subs for a few months now. I've got 2 of them powered by an Infinity Kappa One amp @ 800w. They sound great but they are really lacking in the amount of bass they put out. I knew it would be less than most subs but this is ridiculous.

2 of these with 800w are slightly louder than 2 Sony Xplode 10" subs at 350w rms. Both are in sealed boxes. I might move these subs into a ported box just so I can get a little more bass from them.

A frind of mine has three of these in his honda civic in series and wow is all i can say. Hurry and buy now beacause these actually compare to sum of the higher end kickers ect.

Good things in a small package.

These were recommended to me by a friend and fellow audiophile for my GMC pickup.

The highs are so crisp, clear, and bright that I'm beyond words to accurately describe them. The amount of bass put out by the woofers on them is actually significant (and surprising for their size!) They fit perfectly in the factory holes in my truck (though I did have to drill new holes, and had to mount one speaker upside down to clear the structure of the cab).

BEST option for 4x6

These speakers are simply awesome. I ordered them from Sonic Electronix about two weeks ago, along with a set of matching Infinity Kappa 62.9i coaxials. I had both sets installed today in my Sierra reg cab, along with a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X794. These speakers are very, very, very clear and loud for 4x6 plate speakers. Highs are crisp, not harsh. I would definitely recommend them to anybody & everybody who has a vehicle with the dreaded 4x6 speakers from the factory. These speakers will bring your music to life!

Infinity Kappa's are a great sounding high. They don't produce base, but what do you expect from a 4" speaker. The separate crossover is excellent at directing traffic for the speaker.

Crisp, but lack lows

I used these to replace factory 4 inch rounds for rear speaker pods. they sound nice for radio, and mellow songs. However, they get overworked and bottom out while listening to pop, hip hop, and country with a lot of deep notes. Would propbably be very nice if paired with larger speakers for the lows.

Great Product

These are by far the best 4x6 speakers out there. I've heard a lot of them and these are far superior. They also have a great look to them. And they are VERY loud and clear when pushed by a Kenwood 65RMS per channel amp. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent Sound Quality

This has very good sound quality and the overall fabrication is very good but one of them came with a short in the terminals that I have to fix before the installation, after that everything worked fine. i love them, they sound better that my 6.5 component from focal.

Best bang for the buck

Infinity is a well respected company in the audio world, making good quality products at a great price. For the size of these speakers 4x6 they sound really nice and have nice features like the screw in terminals and the Db button. With that being said if you have a car that takes 4x6 these are the best bet. Just a note for Pontiac Sunfire owners these plate speakers will not fit flush in your car. Due to Pontiac designing its enclosure around the standard cone+tweeter style the plate will sit a little off center in the sunfire. You can get them to fit but like i said it will not be flush with the enclosure and you will have to figure out a way to fill in the gap it leaves. (mine came with some strip foam which seems to work well). I would buy these again if i had the choice

Excellent 4x6s

I had tested these speakers out before I gave them to someone else.. They sounded pretty dang good. The highs can pierce your ears at times.. So i would have to turn the highs down on my head unit. They do get distorted at 3/5 sound volume turned up. They are a great replacement speaker and I got them on sale at a steal of 79.99.. Cant believe they doubled that now.

loud little suckers!

Not much low end but the mids are good and the highs are downright insane! and that's running off a 22W rms excelon head unit. Just set you high pass to 100hz and you're good to go if you have subs. Without subs they still sound great they just bottom out fast at high volume. I love the clarity and I will be getting two more soon!

best for their size

Highly recommend these little beauties. They sound amazing with 75 RMS. easiest install ever. Kappas are the only way to go for quality sound and always a great price at Sonic. Thanks Andrew in tech support. You sure know your stuff.

Wow!

I bought these speakers almost two years ago. They fit great in the factory location. The sound is clean and crisp. Couldn't ask for anything more. Wasted time and money on other 4x6's to try and match the sound quality of my other speakers..... now I have to purchase other speakers to match these 4x6's. Outstanding product.

Infinity 462.9cfp

i bought these speakers and put them in the dash of a 97 s10. They sound great they do not distorte no matter how high you turn them up as long as you amp them they are clean and crisp delivering ear pearcing highs

Best 4x6 Option

Running these simply off my Kenwood KIV-701 headunit and they are clean and crisp sound, not much bass goes through these so my 12" sub really made it complete. Sonic has the best pricing and would highly recommend these speakers for the price as well as the rest of their low priced products.

I purchased these speakers for the kick panels in a 1968 Corvette. They work perfectly. The sound is great and they are exactly what I want. I would highly recommend the Infinity speaker and purchase from the vende. It was quick service and a pleasure to do business with.

Crisp clean sounding speakers

Let me start by saying that I bought these for personal use and not for competition. Having said that, they were easy to install, great sound, great value. I bought the speakers and am happy with the purchase. I have them powered by a kicker 150 W RMS @ 2 ohm amp. I was only able to turn the amp up half way so I'm thinking the "true 2 ohms" is not completely accurate... but the speakers still sound great!!! (There have been a couple of times that I had to turn the volume down cause the tweeters were literally beginning to pierce my ears)

Great sound

These 4x6 plates from infinity just sound great. They can handle some decent power. The clarity is so crisp and clear.

Great speakers!

I brought these speakers hearing they were good quality speakers and so far they were right. I have them hooked up to my 4 channel alpine and it doesn't distorts nothing just very loud for my ears. Great speakers and no regreting them. The sub is not in the middle so make u got some room or make some room for it.

CLEAN CRISP SOUND

Great sounding factory replacement speakers! Not quite as loud as I like but definatly CLEAN sound. With a small amp they would rock out!!

Excellent Quality

I ordered the Infinity Kappa 462.9cfp because my brother whom installs at best buy referenced them. This is by far the best Quality of sounds I've heard around my side of town(West Orlando, Fl) If quality is what you want for a not so high budget, then I most definitely suggest you go with infinity. I also got the six inch door speakers and plan on getting two infinity 12" sub's. Also two infinity five amps to supply the power. Long story short Infinity has persuaded me to make up my whole car with their products. Lastly thanks so much to Sonic Electronics for the fastest sending time I've ever received. I received my order a day ahead of the scheduled time.

Kappas rule

I purchased these for the rear doors of my GMC extended cab truck and they fit perfectly. They sound great but don't handle a whole lot of power - especially if bass is turned up. I have Boston components in the front and sound impressively close to their level of sonic beauty.
My only complaint: they come with a bulky crossover attached to the speaker. I failed to secure this crossover separately and now rattles inside the door over bumps. I will have to remove door panels to tie them up to fix. Minor issue and it's my fault as installer, but it is annoying.
Other than that, speakers have very clear mids and great highs. For small plate speakers, I was kind of impressed there was any bass at all and there was some, a bit minimal. I recommend

These have clean sound at high volume. Would recommend to people who want to up grade or for the people who want the BEST.

Installed easy, sometimes they draw too much power from my Kenwood deck, but I just turn them down and enjoy great imaging and crisp sound.

Clear speakers normal ranges

I installed these in a 2004 Silverado and they sound great up to about 80% of the radio's max volume. I would not recommend them for anything more than 50 watts. However, for normal listening range these speakers sound awesome.

Fantastic speakers

I purchased these speakers and I am so glad I did, these are the best 4x6 speakers I have bought. I purchased these for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. The space was limited for speaker installation and once they were installed the sound is incredible. If you want a great pair of speakers, I highly recommend these.

GREAT SOUND!!

I purchased these for the rear doors of e ext pick up truck, i wanted the component sound without having to modify the door in any way. These speakers fit the sound and budget i had in mind. Sound is clear and bass response is perfect.

Sound

I replace Infinity REF 4*6 with these and it's a world of difference and for the size of these speakers they play a good amount of bass with-en there range. If you tune these the right way then they will do anything you like just remember they do great for the upper end of the mid-bass and higher cross them over at 120-150hz and have a good head unit to tune them better and everything should work out just fine. To try to do anything more is just plane stupid with these. There in the walls of a reg pick-up too.

Good choice

These are the best front door speakers I have ever heard. They are on a 1000x4 Lanzar amp from sonic as well as the 6x9's to match. They sound clear at any volume, and I can't even turn them up all the way to test them because they are too loud to test with someone in the car, they can hurt your ears. Very good.

Great Amp

I am pleased with this amp. Looks good, sounds clean, electrical connections protected by cover, gain setup is straight forward with provided CD. I cannot speak of durability as of yet but it looks as though the unit should hold up well.

overall pretty good

I had a MRV-F450 in my old car, it was perfect-a simple analog amp with good sound quality and a metal chassis. With the new car I needed something that would fit under the seat, this is it! I wish I could compare its sound quality but I'm using different speakers now too so that wouldn't be fair. Anyways it seems to sound good and has nice build quality. One gripe is that the setup CD didn't seem to work, it had me set the gains way high and the stereo would be loud turned up to 4 (out of ~80 I think!). I set it by ear, I'll just have to be cautious. Also the knobs are marked in large increments, so if you want to be precise you'll have to do some math.

I purchased 2 infinity kappa 10' subwoofers and they were amazing all that i wanted the high are nice and low's are deep very pleased on the way they came out. Design was brilliant and quality outstanding the best subs ive owned to this day hooked em up to a 1000 rms watt amp and was very satisfied especially with a bass level knob. Did have to switch my door speakers as well because the watts werent as good when macing them out but overall very great product. Sonic electronix once again you've satisfied my expectations

Kappas really hit hard

First off these are the best looking subs I have ever seen, pictures don't done them justice, it's a crime that I put them in a down firing box . They are powered by an ole school Fosgate bd1000 pushing 1000rms @ 2 ohms which the ohm selector switch on these bad boys came in really handy. They are handling the power really well although I haven't cranked them to their max yet because they are still breaking in. These beautiful subs hit low and hard and at a very good price you can't beat the value
I would definitely buy these a 1000 more times without hesitation.

Exceptional kit.

I used this to install a 5 channel NVX amp under the seat of my 2014 Honda Ridgeline. This kit is very high quality. The wiring and RCA cables are extremely flexible which makes them easy to work with. It has everything needed for the the install and I could ask for more.
