Powerful and Easy
This amp is absolutely perfect for a pair of JBL GTO subwoofers. It's very easy and straightforward to control. You get a Hi/Lo filter with plenty of range and Gain LEDs that help you adjust the amp to the right gain. This isn't the fanciest, most advanced amplifier around, but it will do the job and more. I would recommend this amp to anyone who just wants to hook one up, tune it with minimal effort and go on. I had mine up in just an hour or two.

Great bass!!
It's awesome amp i'm powering 2 Jbl GT-X1150 total 570w RMS wired at 4ohm the amp is pushing 500w RMS at 4ohms and performing like a hell in my boot! I'm very happy with it. I have powered 2 GT-X sub and 2 Kicker comp wired on 2ohm the amp is pushing 750w RMS on 2ohm and all that gave me small hair tric and a cool flex! You can see the video on You tube video name is Khushmit wagonR.

Jbl goes bang
This amp will be a pleasant surprise for all those willing to give it a try. I bought this amp and matched it with a nvx vc12 in a 2 cubic foot box tuned to 25hz and the results were amazing . Sound quality of a JL and the impact of a fosgate t1 . Buy this amp and never look back.

Great Value
I am pleased with this amp. It kind of fits perfectly with my needs. I'm the kind of guy that just wanted something to fill in the lower end of the frequency spectrum without getting too crazy out of proportion. This thing and my one ten inch (which is overpowered by it) is plenty at even the highest levels that I find listenable. Since my sub is overpowered, it leaves me room to grow if i decide to, which is nice. one minor criticism is that there isn't a filter for the inaudible tones, but this isn't really a problem, considering the music i listen to never goes below 20hz., at least as far as i know. I think this product is great if you're going for a sound quality kind of setup. It has a foolproof way to set the gain built into it which allows pretty much anyone to set their system up so the bass isn't distorting. The idea seems to be that this amp is for people who prefer crystal clear bass at a level that fits with the rest of the music, in leu of really loud distorted bass that you can hear from a half-mile away. that being said, it is also possible to disreguard the friendly clipping light and crank it up if you want to impress your friends or something with loud distorted bass. but yeah... I like it. It's more than adequate for my setup with plenty of juice to spare.

Underrated!!!!
I normally wouldn't write a review, but this amp definitely deserves some recognition! I bought this amp in order to power my 2 JL 10w3v3-4s on a 2 ohm load at a conservative 750rms total, and let me tell you, this amp puts up a fight all day against my JL 1000/1v2 that I was previously running. I bought this amp for its small footprint and power output because I couldn't fit the JL 1000/1v2 in my truck. I definitely got more than what I bargained for. I bench tested the amp and double checked everything with my DD-1 and oscilloscope just to make sure the signal wasn't being clipped and to my surprise, this amp puts out over 1200rms at 2 ohm at 13.8v!!! If this isn't a bargain for power output, I don't know what is! This amp is plenty for my setup. With the amp putting out over 600rms at 4ohm and over 1200rms at 2 ohm, I cant see a reason why someone wouldn't buy this amp. For reference purposes, I do run Zed Audio and Audison amps in my other vehicles, and this gets pretty damn close to output, maybe not fidelity, but for an amp that cost a fraction of the price, pretty damn solid in my book. If I wanted to nit pick, I would say that the setup disk is rather useless as it only plays a 1khz tone which definitely doesn't help you with the gain setup on an amp used for bass. I recommend a 0db 40hz test tone and a 0db 100hz test tone in order to set your gains accordingly as different frequencies clip as different volume levels.

Perfect Replacement...
I bought this to replace an MTX 6500D I've had for at least 15 years. I had it repaired last year for $100, and this year it died again. So instead of having it repaired, I decided to buy a new amp. I picked this one due to the price($150), power output, and size. I have a pair of 10" Kicked Comp slim's that handle 350W RMS in an MTX Thunderform for a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. This amp fit perfectly under the back seat in the small space provided between the subs in the Thunderform. I had to rewire a few things, but the amp was super easy to install and setup. The included CD was great for adjusting the gain. I normally use a volt meter and calculate the voltage required for the amps RMS power(ohm's law), but the cd took all that work out of it. This amp puts out noticeably more power than my old amp, and I'm quite happy with that. I would recommend this amp to anyone in the market for a quality mono amp.

awesome buy
Easy set up, less hassle with filters and adjustments, i have this hooked up to one 10" cvr kicker 2ohms. And this thing rocks i have my bass knob at half and still get a good boom. Plus with sonic electronic's fast shipping and great customer service, i was up and running in no time.

Great product
Great amp, running 2 Sony xplod XS-GTR121L wired at 2 ohms for 800 watt rms. pounds hard. Easy to set up with the gain led's, has a nice look has plates to cover all the connections to keep everything looking clean. this thing made my lights dim crazy, so you will need to upgrade your stock electrical system. BIG3 upgrade from sonic electronix along with a 1 farad cap solved the problem... Definetly a great buy and worth the money.

Simply wonderful
This amp is simply wonderful. I have it push four 12 inch woofers, each woofer has a single 8 ohm voice coil, they are wired down to 2 ohms (previously ran subs off headunit power) and i can tell you, difference is night and day, went from just background bass to people rolling their windows up at red lights, vibrating everything that isn't nailed down, the whole 8 yards, yes, only 8, i can't seem to crack that d*mn windshield.
JBL is a solid brand, this is the last of their amps before Harmon Kardon bought out JBL, and I'm VERY quite pleased.
Other things I love about this amp is the professionalism in how it looks, it's not flashy, no bright LEDs, it just looks professional, it's not something you would look at and think cheap, it's also quite heavy, prompting me to mount it to the ground after sourcing out screws, this one didn't come with any. The only drawback is the inaccurate clipping LED, I had it tested, zero clipping despite the LED saying the amp was being clipped to death... maybe a short somewhere? I will have it rewired eventually, I ran out of connectors.

Excellent Amp for the money.
Pros:
Looks good - solid black and no bling - the way god intended amps to look.
Good terminals - Seem quite sturdy
Tons of power - In my small car this amp has more headroom than I will probably ever need. People have measured 800+ watts @ 2ohms
Price - Got it on sale here for $113 or so shipped. Can't beat that for a brand name amp.
Cons:
No remote gain included - its available online for $40.
Non defeatable crossover - Goes high enough that it shouldnt be a problem though.
No subsonic filter
A great amplifier for your cars substage at a great price. Even at $150+ I think this amp is a great value.

Great bang for the buck
If we're talking amplifiers, I generally steer towards Kenwood. While gathering items in a cart, in an attempt to piece together a quality system as cheap as possible, I stumbled upon this JBL. 2 fun key points about this amp - 1. No remote wire is needed, which can help appearance of instal and eliminate one wire during install. 2. The gain led saves you a nice chunk of time during install.

great amp
I replaced a hifonics 1200 amp with this amp and man was I impressed! This amp is worth every penny. Buy this amp now! This amp does everything it says it does and then some. I think it is actually under rated because I have to turn my amp to only 20 percent and it's still pushing my p3 rockford fosgate 15.

Excellent Value!
This amp is giving me way more power than I expected. Powering 1 Zstat zhp1244. I question whether the ez gain setting is very accurate but it was easy to adjust non the less. By the way, I don't even have to use the bass boost. It has a very low price tag so I hope it lasts long.

Awesome product at an affordable price
I really was very impressed with this amp I have had multiple kinds in the past I won't name any names cause I don't like to bad mouth other brands but by far this is the best amp I have owned. Pros First off the jbl gto751ez is very easy to setup and is a very under rated amp the build quality and overall quality far exceeded my expectations I would recommend this amp to anyone looking to run a system under 1500 watts. It has all the power you need and then some. Going from other amps before I will deff purchase another jbl product in the future

Impressive. Incredible bang for the buck.
I purchased this amp to replace my Phoenix Gold Xenon 400.1 that released it's magic smoke when I got a drop of water in one of the end vents. Rated at 100w more at 4ohms, I expected it to drive my DIYMA R12 a bit better than the PG but I didn't expect the difference I got. This amp is most certainly underrated and is probably putting out double the power that the PG was.
I'm also quite impressed with features this amp has. It allows speaker level inputs with the included RCA adapters, has auto turn on, plus an indicator light and a CD to help set the gain. The only things that could improve it are a completely defeat-able crossover and a subsonic filter but neither of these things are really necessary for my application.
I really wasn't planning on getting a new amp yet, since I had another amp I was using but with the sale and coupon that was available at the time it was less than $85. Resistance was futile.

Was a great buy, got it on discount.
Never have used it yet, but based on experience with my other JBL mono amp, I suspect this one was a winner too. It hasn't a sad, but it's surely under rated by a vast amount.

One of the best I ever owned!
This amp is solid as a rock. Had this amp pushing 1 zstat 12. I could set off car alarms. This was clearly more than a 750 watt amp. I wish the GTOEZ amps were not discontinued because I would've bought more. Truly a steal and I would pay more for it than I did.

Nice, Clean and Neat
Looks good, sounds great. Certified power so it has about twice the power that uncertified amps claim to have. The 750 watts from this amp are at least 1.5 times the 1500 watts other manufactures claim. Driving two Pioneer TSW-3003D4's more than adequately for all types of music just below shaking the car apart.

The amp is a great powered amp but my subs are underpowered.
