Product OK but incorrect buying advice
I ordered this product for my 1999 Chevy Express Van to replace faulty mfg. speakers. I specifically called for advice to insure I got the speaker configuration that would easily install into the existing enclosure. I had not removed the door panels and assumed that the vehicle info requested by the sales rep would define the speaker enclosure. Wrong.
The original circular speakers sat in a circular plastic housing while the new rectangular speakers overlapped the circular housing when it was installed. More importantly, the original fabric dust cover for the speakers - orig & new - fit awkwardly with considerable gaps in places.
I was able to make it apparently work, but I do not ave confidence in the longevity of the replacements. The quality of the speakers reflects the sound I desired.
Thus, speakers are fine, but buying advice was bad.
