Awesome product

I just installed 4 of these powered by a Hifonics x400.4. These speakers sound awesome, they brought tears to my eyes! and they take almost all the power the amp can give! I am extremely happy with these. The screws they give you require a 3mm allen head and I didnt see one. I got two speakers installed before I realized they give you a 3mm bit for a screwdriver!

Door Speakers - Great Value

I bought these for my step son for a Christmas gift and he really loves them. The quality is great the shipping was fast and the speakers were perfect just what he wanted. Also to mention the prices were awesome...

Don't fit

I ordered these speakers for a 2005 tundra which according to your guide were the correct replacements for factory system. The mounting brackets don't fit. I had to order a after market bracket from you and when I get it I'll let you know if it works.

ZERO Regrets!

I used it in a 1988 Mercedes Benz 420SEL. I took the chance and paid off. The speakers gives me enough bass I need. Am running it without amp and with an Alpine head unit. They are for the back they come with two brackets and used the plastic one and merged with the factory one, done deal. They sound good.

i have these just on head unit power but they still sound great with no distortion.

compared to my more expensive focal these have pretty similar bass/mid bass but the vocals are definitely the weak point on these when compared to a more expensive speaker.

compared to a similar priced sony 3 way speaker these are better imo. a lot more bass and no complaints on either for the midrange or highs but neither shined

id recommend these for the price but these arent going to blow you away or anything. but i expected that and these fit the need i wanted.

Metra Mazda and Ford Speaker Harness (72-5602)

Hello,

I purchased two pair of the Metra 72-5602 speaker harnesses for my 2016 F150 lariat SuperCrew instead of cutting the factory wiring.

These speaker adaptor harnesses plugged right into the factory speaker harness on both the front and rear doors without any problems and with the added benefit of being able to put the factory speakers back in when it`s time to sell the vehicle.

If a speaker harness is available for your vehicle and you plan on using the "factory" wiring, i`d recommend purchasing one to make your speaker installation very easy.

Used these for my 2016 ford explorer and they fit the factory wiring harness good but one side of the terminals did not fit new radio. For some reason they make one smaller than the other and honestly it mightve been easier just splicing and saving the money.

Great spacers for my 2017 Mustang.

I changed out the speakers in my new mustang as it was base and came from the factory with sCrappy speakers. With out then I wouldn't have been able to swap out the speakers as the original spacers are molded into the speakers. These made swapping out my speakers a breeze! Highly recommend them!

I was blown away

I had originally ordered a set of Kicker 6.5 speakers. When they went to pack the order they called an said the Kickers were not available. Would I like a substitute? I asked the rep what he would recommend? He recommended the JBL GTO629. I have nothing to compare them too but it would be hard to imagine that something else would be a better sounding speaker. Bought a pair of these and installed them in my 2017 Nissan Sentra to upgrade the factory speakers. Kept the stock head unit. Was going well the first 15 minutes, but right when the left one broke in and sounded great, the right one blew the tweeter. Had to go to local audio store and spend another $170 for some 6ohm, 225 watt DB Drives speakers. So much better!

Sounds and looks great but DOES NOT FIT!

So im pretty pissed, i had to hack 2 doors up to get these 6.5s to fit EVEN though sonicelectronix.com specifically said it would fit like a glove with NO additional parts (other than wire harness) brackets wernt even big enough to cover the speaker hole, so you either have half inch gap on either side.
These jbl gtos sound great outside the doors they look great as well much more beffy than the paper speakers kia supplies.

Crisp quality highs with rich sound

I just installed these in the front doors with GX-628 in the rear doors, and an amplifier/subwoofer behind the rear seat in our 2023 f150. The sound is awesome, and the only negative thing is that the software in the Ford stereos is limited to adjusting ranges between the regular highs, mids, and lows. Regardless, these speakers are tremendously richer in sound and clarity. You won't regret this purchase!!

Harness had male terminals. Needed female terminals to plug into factory connector. Also had to cut screw length. And speaker to adapter screw holes did not line up.

These are probably the only ones that actually fit most speakers like JBL and others that have the Oddball sizes most others you have to cut the ends off... and install you own. These dont. :)

They are a bit hard to plug the terminals in to speakers though and or take off but once they are on they are not coming off ????????

What a differnece

I just got a 2023 F150 XLT supercab. The sound was better the most, but better is not me, I want a clear league above. I want to hear all instruments clearly not just thr beat of music. Very tight fit

These wire harnesses are perfect. Except, the work it takes to get them on the + and - speaker terminals is ridiculous. I don't know if it's the speaker terminals are too big, or the harness fittings are too small, but I think these harnesses need to provide a little more flexibility to get them on the terminals, and then squeeze them down with some pliers.
