This amp rocks! You just can't beat JBL quality, I have this running 4 Kicker 6x9's and it sounds better than any other amp and speaker combo I've ever heard in a boat. I've had a lot of boats in my time, I fix them up and sell them, with JL Audio, Polk, and Sony and none of these touch my JBL amps and subs and Kicker highs set up!

Awesome sound for a good price

I would recommend this Amp to someone interested in a nice "kick" to their current stereo set up. I use this JBL with a Sony Marine CDX M60ui for the perfect combination of power and clarity. The JBL Amp works perfect to supply excellent power whether you are listening while you are in the boat or if you need a little extra power because you are outside the boat or a short distance away. This unit rocks the docks and shakes the lakes.

Bought this amp for my bayliner boat, using it to drive 2 6.5 jbl and 2 6x9 jbl speakers and it sounds fantastic.

Tower Speaker Amp

I installed this amp for my 6.5" polk tower speakers. I was a little worried that I'd have to run it in the bridged mode to get enough power to hear while wakeboarding but they rock even at 60 feet behind the boat going 20 MPH. I plan to use the rear channel for a subwoofer now that I know I only need the front channel for the tower speakers. I can't say much about durability but so far so good. FYI I installed a subwoofer volume control in the RCA cables to the amp which comes in real handy for cranking up the tower speakers or turning them down to match the in boat speakers when cruising.

Great amp

Great amp with little power draw. Have this running a bazooka 10" tube and 4-6.5 marine boss speakers and can play for hours on my two batteries and not have to worry about starting my yammy 250.

Installed this product in my boat. Sounds strong and clear driving four MTX TM7702 speakers. So far this amp does the trick and was fairly easy to install. NO annoying pops or buzz from the amp when you fire it up. Time will tell how it holds up as with any amp in a marine environment. Great value.

Great Amp

I really like the looks and sound of this amp. It blends in well with boat interior. It really made my speakers come alive. I have always had good luck with JBL.

Great Amplifier, needs cooling fan.

I really like the way the amp sounds and it has very good water resistance, but it tends to overheat if pushed to it's limit. I was able to keep it from shutting down due to heat by putting a computer fan running across the heatsink.

JBL BULLET PROOF AMP

I installed the amp on a polaris rzr, pushing a 10" sup and 2 6" mids, it sounds great and the best part is when it gets muddy i just spray it of. I'm not a stereo man but due to the sound and especialy the durability i would highly reccomend.

JBL Marine MA6004

Very nice unit with enough power to run 4 speakers in a boat up to 6 meters. X-Over is a nice feature, but if you install the amp in a tight location, it can be difficult to adjust. Plan ahead and leave yourself some room when it is installed to allow adjustment of the bass, freq and input levels.

The amp came quicker than scheduled. It was easy to install and works well. To power subwoofers It could use a little more power, but is adequate for my use. Best price around on sale.

Good quality amp - better than its price tag

Installed this amp on my 22 foot center console skiff pushing four 7.7" JL MX's. Have gain set at 3/4 and it's pretty darn loud. Has good, clear sound and any volume. Can hear clearly going any speed. No head unit - Fusion dongle attached straight to amp and music controlled solely by iPhone. Installed behind backrest cushion on front of center console. Has gone into protect mode once when cranked all the way up (gain at same setting though). Came back to life in 5-10 minutes and hasn't had issues since. Would like more channels because I want to add a sub and possibly 2 6.5" JL MX's, but it is a great buy for what it is IMO. Have had for only 2 months. Boat is stored in wet slip on ICWW.

Great AMP

I purchased this to replace a 400 Watt RMS A/B amp that was blowing fuses. This was very similar in size/shape so installation was a snap. I use default settings for pass through with no crossover parameters. I m using 4 Infinity coaxial marine speakers. I have 10" subwoofer using bridged mode in parallel with rear speakers. I had to increase input gain to get real volume out of the system. Very clear good response and ran all day long with dual batteries. I plan to boost bass a little more and I may have to trim low pass on front to compensate.

Put this amp in my side x side, running 4 6 1/2 kicker speakers, sound is crystal clear, and loud. Really like this product.

I don't know

I ordered the amp, speakers and enclosures for my side by side. 5 weeks later I still have not received the speakers or enclosures. The Amplifier Lookes Like An Amplifier. It has mounting holes which I used to mount it, they worked great! I wired it and it does turn on! As for the quality and performance, I guess I will have to keep waiting to see if the rest of my order arrives to try it.
