Extremely loud..
2015 Lincoln MKS. The factory system wasn't enough so, I did my research on 6x8 component sets. It was between Jbl and Kicker. I chose JBL and I made the right decision. Bass is punchy and it's really loud... I'm pushing with the NVX JAD900.5. No sub and I'm satisfied.....

Honestly, Great Speakers
TL:DR, these are freaking sweet, just need more straight-forward tweeter mounting options.
These are outstanding, especially in the price range. I have been challenging a lot of opinions I’ve formed second-hand, and getting my own experience to reinforce or reconsider those opinions. One of those was that “store” brands suck. Man I’m glad I put that aside to give these a try.
They have authority even on only 40RMS per channel, they look great, the build quality is entirely there, they’re crisp, and the stereo width is outstanding. I also really like the terminals, having a set screw instead of spades or even a push terminal is next level in my opinion.
My one and only complaint is the tweeter mounting hardware. Way too large and convoluted… I ended up using the mounting nuts for the tweeter pods for aesthetics and used CA glue to hold them in place because the over-all size just ended up being significantly too large to fit the nut behind the sail panel. I found this annoying since the tweeter housings themselves are much smaller than what I had installed before.
