These subs are by far the best on the market. The only thing that will beat these bad boys are the JL Audio W7's. I didnt feel like throughing down 800 dollars on two subs and then have to make a custom made box. These hit so hard and sound like you have double the watts running to them. I have a 400 watt mono amp, and these hit harder than my friends 2 mtx's with a 750watt amp!

This sub is pretty good. It is not as good as sam down there says. There are plenty of subs that can blow this sub out of the water without even trying. As far as loudness goes, Its better than average. The new w3 is too. As far as sound quality, defintely one of the best. Hits very nicely on the lows with a good box. If you want something that can beat your buddys system, this is defintely for you. If you want something that can shake the car next to you, go with w6 or w7s or any of the higher end subs from re, fi, rockford fausgate, orion, or kicker l7s. Unlike most subs though, this sub will last for a very long time. I have had this sub for around 5 or 6 years and it still pounds!

WOW

I have one of these hooked up to a JL A1200 amp, and this thing bumps. This is truly a great price for what it actually cost. If your looking for a good sub that really turns head, this is your sub. Just make sure you get the grill because i put a lacrosse bag in my turnk and when it hit the sub it tore the rim a bit.

Sound Quality

If you are looking for great sound quality this is your sub. the w7 is a performance driver with decent sound quality but the w3's sound quality is pristine.
