JL Audio CS212-WX
This is a very well build subwoofer package from JL Audio, It is very affordable and has a good amount of output and has good SQ to. These subs sound like the old school JL Audio W0. Good bang for your buck. Im running mine with the JL Audio 250/1 this setup says it will handle 400w rms but i think that JL speakers sound better run at the optimum power rating.
