Big Bang / Small Package

First off, I'm JL fan. Be rocking speaker, subs, and amps for over ten years and never had issues with any of their products.

But I made this purchase after I my 10W6V2 blew its voice-coil. I was a little bummed but after having through my every twenty's and over ten years it was time something new. I decided to make my based on this history and could not be any happier!

In terms of its performance; its extremely accurate with well defined low notes. I choose SQ over SPL and this speaker has it balance perfectly. I have it paired with JL XD600/1v2 connected the a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX

You get what you pay for.

Hits hard! Almost too hard. Previously had 4 8" JL Audio 8w3v2 using a JL Audio j2 1000w amp and using that same amp, this single 10" W6 wiggles my nose, ear drums and sunglasses off the bridge of my nose. All of this with my gain and bass boost at ea less than 50%

Buy it! I'd say buy two but I'm guessing that would defeat the purpose of hard hitting bass in a compact enclosure

Excellent subwoofer

I ordered this sub and have been completely blown away by its performance. I'm hearing things in my music that I haven't heard before. My rear-view mirror is oscillating in ways I didn't think were possible. Totally worth it.

Hard & tight bass

I listen to mostly rock and classical. Rock songs have Tight hit. Like a punch in the back. Classical music has no drone. This is a pure quality product.

Holy cow!!!!

I had 2 JL Shallow mounts before this, this JL ported that I just got puts them to shame. It's insane how good and loud it is and it hasn't even been broken in yet. Got the amp to match it. Worth EVERY PENNY
