Usable

The wiring has done me right so far but the only thing I don't like is the speaker wires. You have to carefully split it so the wire doesn't show. Other than that minor thing everything was great and a great value!

price is right

the price is right for this setup. the ground wire and the power wire are to big for my amp but i made them fit. better to have to much than not enough so if i upgrade to a larger amp it will be fine.

I run 2 12inch audiobahn exursions on this amp and it pushes them very well. The size is perfect not to big and fits right unerneath the seat or small space. The best part is it stays pretty cool even after running most the day.

I like the wire kit I got with my amp it seems to be holding up goo it handles the power of the amp I got but I would of gave it 5 stars all the way around but I wold of like the ground at less 2 more feet for good use but over all its a nice kit

Amazing amp from an amazing brand

I got this JL Audio JX1000/1D amp to replace my Kenwood KAC-9105D and I know the price is a little steep, but I know that this amp won't crap out on me like my Kenwood one did. I don't have any problems with the JL amp overheating or anything and it does exactly what it's supposed to.

Great Sub Maybe

I have never seen a bad review of this sub. I purchased this sub because of good reviews and the JL brand name. Nobody has mentioned a huge downside of this amp. There is no subsonic filter.

I am trying to put together a high end system and I am feeling uneasy about my purchase. I think I hear distortion because of subsonic noise. I would have chosen another option because this.

Plenty of Clean Power!

The JX1000/!D is another great JL Audio product that puts out plenty of clean power! The amp runs cool and continues to drive subs very well. With the price of the amp, the only addition to the amplifier that JL Audio should include is a RBC-1 control. That control would optimize all types of music!

Crazy Amount Of Power

I have 2 JL Audio 12W3v3 4 ohms(500 RMS a piece) hooked up to this amp. I have the gain all the way down, and have never touched the bass boost. My subwoofers flex extremely hard even with the gain all the way down, which is why I am scared to test the limits of my W3's with this amp by turning up the sensitivity. I have also hooked up my friends Alpine Type R to this amp and had to run to shut the music off because the sub could not nearly handle the power of this amp despite the amp being turned down so low. This amp is power hungry so make sure your subs can handle it!

nice amp

This amp can make any subs sound clean and bump hard. Pros are that it's really durable and it can get down and dirty and ive never had it over heat and shut off atfer hours of use. Cons, none.

For the price and the size of the amp u can't go wrong..its real small and it has a lot of power..i'll will give u clear and clean bass..I got 2 JL W5 flat spks on my 08 1500 Silverado crew cab and it sounds real good..

Ok. not the best kit.

The eyelet connectors are flimsy and the speaker wire is hard to separate. When it does it exposes some of the copper. Otherwise the kit is ok.

Good product , but not enough speaker wire to wire two front door speakers in a scion xb. I guess it would have been enough if I had run one of them with the power wire instead of running on the other side of car, but everybody knows that's a bad idea due to engine noise. You would think they would take that into consideration. Also not a big fan of the square and round speaker wire very hard to separate and strip without exposing bare wire.

Bought this kit for my 650 watt rms amp. Not true awg 4 guage, but close.jacket is pretty thick.all wires flexible. Reached under the back seat of my 2008 silverado crew cab. But not a whole lot of slack if your going to a trunk. Fuse is ok... ive seen better and worse. Bottom line, if your on a budget and running 800 rms or under, this will work fine.

Great amp at an even better price. I have it in an RSX hooked up to a single ported JL 8W7 tuned to about 600WRMS @ 3Ohms and its crazy loud. The JX series lacks features that the higher-end models have, but if tuned correctly you're not missing a lot.

Great wires!!

After reading reviews and most importantly watching the video Sonic posted with this product, I decided to give it a shot for my Cerwin Vega VPAS-12. The wires are exactly as described, true 4 gauge, not all insulation like the other brands. The fuse block is solid and easy to set up. I was worried it may not fit the VPAS connectors since they mention 8 gauge, but it works and it is holding in no problem.

The only thing I did change was the actual battery and ground terminals, they seemed weak, so i chose something stronger and all is well.

Impressive power with a small footprint

I installed this in my wife's 2011 Infiniti qx56. I'm running 1 JL 12w7 and it slams. I added the JL bass knob for more control. I also used a dd1 to set the amps gain level. The bass boost is off and the sub still gets plenty of power. Im using a sealed enclosure and it produces clean tight bass, but it can still get low. I would recommend this for someone looking to save space and is look for some clean sound.

Bought for a 10W7, currently using on a 10W3

I bought this and plan on running it @ 3 ohms with a JL 10W7. I currently have it running on a 10W3 @ 2 ohms. Am I getting 1k out of it right now? Probably not as my alternator is only 90 amps. I will see how this does when I put in my 200 amp alternator. In the meantime, this is surprisingly loud. I can't even imagine how this amp would make a 12 W7 sound. It was easy to set up, the wire holes were big enough for my 4awg SHCA oversized wire. It runs cool, I don't have any complaints about it.

Big sound, tiny package

This is a nice sized amp and puts out a monster amount of power. The controls are easy to use and it is nice and compact. The only downfall is the power and ground inputs are right next to each other, I have never been a fan of that.

Everything I Needed

Used this kit to run an amp to the trunk of a 2015 Kia Optima. Ended up trimming about 1½ft of excess to help clean up the install. Everything seems to be good quality. Ran the power wire down the driver's side and RCA & amp signal wire down the passenger side to avoid any interference. Plenty of length of everything for a full size sedan.
