What a difference! Warmth, power and balance

I bought a 2013 Acura TSX because the audio system was designed by a "grammy award-winning engineer" and I thought I was losing my hearing. It was awful. Then I had an amp installed, speakers changed, subwoofer added and... it was louder, but still harsh and annoying. I was contemplating trading the car in -- until I came across this amp. The best price was here on Sonic, there were no reviews anywhere, but it was JL Audio so I took the plunge. What a difference this amp makes! Sounds like my home stereo on wheels -- a full, warm and balanced sound. There are enough knobs to adjust this amp for any ears. Another great feature is the "turn-on" option; my old amp was on whether I had the radio on or not. This can turn on thru a current signal from the radio or from a sound signal.

JL 1000 watts of cleanness

Purchased this amp to replace two amps. I’m running Focal Proformance speakers on the main channels and 2 12TW3 on the low channel. The vocals scream and lows hit hard and clean. Sound is clean very defined. The sound quality is on par with high dollar audiophile equipment This amp is small for the power it puts out. Takes up hardly no space at all.. As a one and done power solution this amp is great. JL Audio is a great company many of there products made right here in America. I highly recommend this app as a system amplifier you’ll absolutely love the sound it produces.

Total System Power

The XD1000/5v2 really shines as a system amplifier. Great power output fir front and rears as well as a stout 600w for the sub. Sound quality is amazing crisp and clear audio. Great Great amplifier
