Basically this adapter was plug and play and worked great with Metra 99-7864 dash kit. No complaints at all. Was simple to use and the included instructions were laid out well enough to describe any issues one might have. I definitely recommend this item.

Quality product,I ordered with a Metra installation kit and both worked flawlessly.Sonic shipped very fast and the harness makes installation a snap,especially if you decide to put the factory stereo back in at some point.

Looks good in the car, been in the car for six months and still holding up. The cut out below the stereo is the same as the one that Honda has in the car, so you lose no storage space by switching.

Nice fit and finish

This looks at home in the dash of my 2001 Civic. Installation was straightforward (though there's not much room in that dash!), construction is solid, and though it doesn't match the sparkly plastic, it also doesn't look foreign. It's about everything you could ask from a dash kit.

I've only had it installed a month or so, so I can't speak to durability, hence the 3 star rating, though I find it very difficult to believe this would not be solid for years and years.

Great sound and all the features I need for my convertible. Can not beat thy he value, usb,3.5mm input jack, CD player am/FM and JVC quality to boot.

Fits great. Nice and flush with the radio panel and looks good.
It was a bit funky fitting the radio so it sits flush with the opening of the hole it fits in, and I think I had to put screws where they aren't supposed to be, but the end result was that it mounted up great and looks nice.

Great but missing a bit

I would really like this model to have the ability to cut off low frequency sounds to the main speakers like some other JVC's. Pretty good but unless you're using an amp it's limiting and even then only two amp pre-outs.
