Oh Wow what a sound

This is one great radio. I had no idea the sound system in my truck was of the quality that it is until I got this radio. It works extremely well with my Iphone 5 and Pandora. Even the radio stations sound 200% better. My only problem now is that I don't want to get out of the truck or only go on short trips. I highly recommend it. I did notice that sometimes after having used Pandora through the Iphone, that the radio stations acted as if there was no antenna connection. I would reset the radio and viola the sound was once again great.

JVC stero

JVC makes good product but my experience with this stereo was not good. It stopped responding to touch commands. I upgraded to the 471BT and have not had any problems

Pretty Decent for the price

Pretty Decent Headunit. Sometimes would not pair too well with my iPhone 5 but most of the time worked well. Easy to control. SQ probably could be a tad better. It was stolen the other day out of my porsche 911 so I am upgrading to the Alpine touchscreen and also adding an old school alpine EQ with BBE processor.

Easy to use and the touch screen is very responsive. My son warned me against this stereo,saying I would have to pay more for quality. After the install he now wants one for his car.

Good Radio at a Great Price.

I just finished the installation of the AV61BT in my Mustang. I included the Sirius Radio and the rear-view camera. The install was easy and everything works well. The features are too numerous to mention. Its like having your home entertainment system in your car. I would recommend this radio.

Pros - A lot of Radio for the money. Many features that are very nice.

Cons - Sound quality poor. User friendly not so much. Wish I had paid another fifty dollars and bought a pioneer or Kenwood. Savings wasn't worth it.

JVC double DIN

This product was easy to install with the use of a wiring kit and dash harness. The unit works great and has a very nice feel to the touch screen. All the options are laid out and its cool that you can choose any color background you want

Great unit at a great price

I was looking for a touch screen, double DIN unit with bluetooth capabilities and this fit the bill perfectly at a great price. Install was quick and the unit itself is better than what I had expected!

The unit responds quickly to inputs on the touch screen, and even responds with gloves on (Resistive touch screen).

The only thing I wish the unit had was a better & faster search interface when the unit searches a USB for files (a little slow when scrolling through folders), as well as a stronger mic (gotta raise my voice sometimes).

Great Headunit

I purchased this product last week but had it installed today. I highly recommend this headunit to anyone, it sounds awesome and looks great. I also wanted to thank Sonic Electronix for the great service when I went to pick up my item, you guys were very kind & helpful, thanks again.

Nice Head Unit

Everything works nice. Easy install. Only problem is I cant find a way to set the volume knobs color to red.??? It keeps rotating colors!

Great unit for the mone

just got this in about a week ago. installed it and it looks great. My favorite feature is the detachable face double din, for security reasons. The Bluetooth works well but I was surprised the Pandora didn't show up on my screen with my HTC phone. I wish they made more android friendly products. Overall its a solid unit for the price and options!

Love it

I love this radio. My only complaint is that the Bluetooth mic sucks. I never use it anymore because people could never hear me.

Does Not fit a 2001 Ford Focus

The main reason I got this unit was because I thought it would fit my Ford Focus plus the fact that it would play dvds, had sirius and could add a back up camera and had buletooth to make calls with. Making calls is aweful from what callers side. They said I sounded like I was calling from a tunnel. You need to do a lot of checking to make sure a head unit will fit your car before you buy it. I thought I did but apparently I didn't check enough.

Solid JVC device

I bought this because I had another JVC stereo and it did everything as it should. However the mic may have some issues as it failed to recognise my voice commands (through my smart phone). My older stereo had no issues at all.

If you have the 7th gen iPod Nano then using the standard lighting cable does work but it has a lag when you enable artwork. If you disable it then it has no lag.

Overall it's standard JVC quality but Canadian buyers should note that the warranty certificate doesn't allow for claims in Canada but only the U.S. I don't know how Sonix might deal with this but I bought it because JVC's again don't fail.

Very nice radio for the money, very responsive touch screen. Great sound quality and features. Detachable face plate can recognize up to 5,000 mp3's on a single thumb drive. Bluetooth works very well. Sub output is very strong. I cannot say enough good things about this stereo. Do yourself a favor and read the manual especially when making adjustments.

Radio is awesome I have no problems at all. DVD quality is great as well. I would highly recommend this product
