Excellent Stereo

This stereo has exceeded my expectations. The main concern was that some aftermarket stereos do not have a dimmer for night driving; thus making driving a hassle and unsafe with a bright screen and buttons glaring back. This one does dim for night driving and with the different colour settings, I am able to set the colour that suits my driving especially at night. Overall, the features of this system is great, CD, USB (Important now than using a CD), Satellite hook-up. In addition to it being a Double DIN radio, it fits perfectly in my Saturn.

Great Value for Ipod/Sat Radio

I purchased this to replace my stock 03 Jetta Radio. I wanted value, ipod hookup, Sirius radio, big volume knob and sub hookup. Everything I needed was jam packed into this value priced stereo. The colour customization is amazing and you can make it look stock with your dash colour. I am very happy with this unit. Sounds MUCH better than my stock radio, I didn't think it would be such a difference.

Browsing through the ipod music is a bit tedious while driving since it's dial, but I'm used to touch screen so I'm a bit spoiled :)

Great value and a great product.

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a great product at great price. It works fantastic and has some really neat features.

I recommend this unit. I replaced the factory unit in my Miata. I especially like the USB port. However, this unit does not play MP3's. Most of the music on my thumb drive is in MP3 format.

pretty good for the price.

This deck looks good, is easy to use, and sounds good. My only problem with it is that the face buttons seem a little flimsy, like they used cheap plastic, or thin weak plastic. The big volume knob is nice. I love the color display options. Lots of cool colors for the display that you can choose. overall its a good buy, one I would recommend if your looking to fill that double din opening with a full featured head unit at a good price.

Great stereo, sounds great. But I also hired a friend that knows how to install stereos and he took his time with it. He also installed some components speakers, sub with amp, and equalizer with driver. Let me tell you it sounds great and very clear. Stereo has a lot of wattage, equalizer has a lot of wattage, and amp has a lot. And he installed pretty good speakers. Overall good stereo to buy. The cons is the flashy lights. I set it to the lights in car, but a min. or two they start flashing different colors. Maybe I haven't set them up the right way

good head unit

Very nice looking double size head unit, installed relatively easy into my 06 Mustang and works and sounds great with the stock Shaker 500 speakers. I did use a PAC C2R-FRD1 harness instead of the included harness, however. Only knocked one mark off of durability due to the turn knob being a little "easy to turn" - just doesn't feel solid beneath the fingers - and one off ease of use due to having to navigate menus with the turn knob and an old-school digital screen rather than the fancy LCD screens that you can get in HU's these days. Either very minor points or things you would know about already in selecting this unit. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and if you're looking for a great double DIN, you will be too.

The unit works great, but I lost the ability to get FM radio, I need to take the head unit out and see whats going on with that, but over the unit works great. The colors are a real plus, you can change them so easily and theres endless combinations
