Cdr5620 does not fit

I don't recommend this radio Cdr5620 Touted as compatible with the 2012 dodge ram 1500 truck. Does not fit into the dashboard, it's too thick by 1/8 inch. Create an account before you buy because I am not able to find my order#.

DON'T BUY JENSEN OR DUAL PRODUCTS!!!

I have purchased many products from Sonic without issue, including Jensen products. Anytime something was bad or wrong, they immediately replaced it. I purchased this Jensen because it had all the features I was looking for, was priced right, and I had Jensen before with no issues. However, this Jensen CDR5620 lasted only 2 months, and then the FM tuner went out. Sonic support stated that warranty replacement/repair had to be done through Jensen, as this is now Jensen's policy. It took me 3 weeks of consistent calling and email to receive a response from Jensen. Jensen sent me documentation that needed to be in the box when I returned the product. However, the first 2 documents they sent me were locked for editing and it took another week to receive the proper document that allowed me to edit it (the first 2 documents were prefilled with someone else's info which prevented me from just printing and filling out). Next issue - I had to pay for shipping ($25 with FedEx) and it took a week to get there. 3 days after FedEx confirmed delivery, I tried emailing and calling Jensen to determine how long before I received a warranty replacement and obtain a tracking number. It has now been an additional 2 weeks after Jensen has received the broken radio and I still have not received status from them even after 3 phone calls and two emails. When emailing, I get an auto-generated email "We will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible. Our hours are from 9 am - 5 pm EST Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday". YET NOTHING FROM A LIVE PERSON. DO NOT purchase Jensen or Dual products!!! You will regret the hassles with this company just to save a couple of dollars. I have also had Pioneer products and NEVER had an issue with them. Make sure when you buy from Sonics you contact them first to see who is responsible for warranty replacements. If it's not Sonics, purchase elsewhere or find another manufacturer.
