Good headunit

The in-dash is a very nice head unit and I had it over for a year and I never had a problem yet.

Its a good buy for the price.

Great Product

I would recommend this system to anyone who wants a basic touchscreen stereo. The delivery was fast and the product was extremely easy to install on my own. Cool design, and made my stock speaker system sound a lot louder and hit a lot harder.

Fantastic value!

I definitely recommend this Jensen VM9224 to anyone who wants an easy to figure out and trustworthy deck that will play your music or movies whenever you want. I have had it for 6 months and have had no problems with it. It is one of the greatest choices I have made for my car! It has a great look and I love that it is not all touch screen.

NOT TOO SHABBY

So im totally amazed with how fast it arrived. For the price this is a steal. The picture is way better then i would have imagined for the price. They lay out and finding where things are is not the best of course you could read the manual they include too. Though im really surprised at the preset EQ setting way more then most. Over all this is a steal.

Good but not perfect

Good look, easy to install, cheap, but it is not perfect. My 9224 cannot play DVD, when I insert DVD disk, the screen will turn off automatically, I can only listen to the sound. I have connected the pink wire, and I'm sure it not a install problem. I'm in Australia, so it is important for me to use the warranty. However, thank goodness, I don't often use the DVD function, all the other functions are good.

Premium Bose system with the 6 disc cd changer

Over time I got bored of my factory radio and wanted to play my sun and sd cards through my radio, and at first i got an Absolute dd-1100 and it was DOA (no audio would come out). So I returned it to Sonic and got a credit. With the credit i decided to throw up a little more cash to get something clearly of higher quality (This Jensen Unit).

Compared- The jensen feels of much higher quality, the wires were MUCH thicker, and the screen was more responsive and had better detail. The Interface of the jensen is worlds past the Absolute unit. Overall the jensen is just better.

Pros- Great Screen, Easy to control, Cheap. Seems to be quality. Plays Divx movies and doesnt say it anywhere(sounds good with divx movies). has better sound quality then my stock bose system(sounds surprisingly good). It will read an 8GB sd card. i dont have one bigger so I have yet to try. Responsive touch screen. Video parking brake over ride was easy to figure out. Ground the pink wire (they give you an extra long wire for this, almost like they want you to ground it). Videos look great.

Cons- I get static when i play my AVI format music videos (could be the quality of the download from YouTube). The bass is over baring sometimes with this unit (some tweaking helped out). The audio controls are somewhat difficult to understand. The screen is hard to see in the sun (some window tint would work great). Kind of touchy with iPod. Sometimes if i leave my ipod plugged in, it will randomly go to it (so i just unplug it if I am not using it).

Overall i would buy this product again. It fits good, looks good, sounds good, and runs well. There isn't much I can say however of durability (I've had it for a few days).

Very Nice!!!

I just installed this into my 99 F250 and the functionality of it is great. I can load up my 16 gig flash drive and listen to as much music as I want to in the short drive to work. What's a radio station? Most people are complaining about the remote not working but you have to slide the battery under the the little metal tab instead of slapping it on top. I also have the bluetooth and GPS modules for this and they are great. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a decent stereo/more bang for your buck.

Exceeded my expectation

I bought this DVD player because I had read the previous reviews on this model. I have to tell you, I am more than satisfied. I highly recommend this product. Best product for it's price.

This is an awesome product, great price. The load up on media is fast, and that's for all media. It easy to use. Has great feature for the price. Can't go wrong purchasing this item. You will be happy with your purchase.

Great for the price

Works great for price. The only complaint is that the touch screen a bit unresponsive at times. Recommend the iPod cord for videos and music

Very good for the price, sounds great, good picture quality for dvds, easy to use and easy installation. Only bad this is mine didn't come with a remote.. other than that it was a great buy.!

Awesome Headunit!

Great unit for the money! I drive a lot for my business and the thing is just a workhorse, no problem for the past 6 months and I would highly recommend this product for anyone that is looking for an inexpensive, good looking - quality head unit!.

Good for the price

Installing this unit in my 2008 Nissan Titan was very easy. The sound quality is pretty good and its very easy to use. The problems I've had in the six months are that it freezes a few times and it gets really slow when connecting my iPod or iPhone. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

very nice player

I just got done installing this unit in my vw jetta and i am very satisfied with the result. It was very simple to install and works perfect. Listening to music through my iphone or watching movies through my flash drive is a snap. So far I have no complaints.

Its alright

i just recently bought this and it was easy to install and fast shippment. it pushes out more power for my stock door speakers that it makes it bump a lot more... the only problem i hav with it is that is freezes sometimes and when you change songs sometimes the titles of the songs dont change.. but other than that its a great product for the price

JENSEN never really bought there stuff till now. This deck is worth every penny n more. It does a lot for itz cost.You will not be disappointed....

Good Price to Value Ratio

A good radio for the price indeed. You get a lot of different functions with this one. The DVD's look great on the screen. I am very satisfied with this buy and would buy again if I had to. The only problem I have with it is the lack of customization. The menu, screens, and selections are very bare and dreary, not a whole lot to customize with the backgrounds and all but it's still all good. I can not attest for its durability at this time since it has only been 4 months since I've installed it.

I put this in my 99 Lexus es300. it looks great, sounds great & for the price I am very satisfied. I hear a low static sound because it was hooked up to my factory amp, but i am going to bypass it soon & from what I heard it should sound better. Good buy overall.

Great price but has a lot of sofware bugs. Looks ok and does everything as advertised but if you want bluetooth or GPS you will end up spending about another $300. If I were you I would just spend the extra money to get a higher quality product

Dope!!! All I can say that I don't like to much about it, is that you can't plug your iPod in the front and watch videos. Only way to have the Videos play is when you conect the wires up from the back of the deck. Other than that, like I said DOPE!!!

Awesome Product

Great For Money

Installed in a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Unit was easy to install and wire up. Only problem was the "Premium Sound" of the stock Unit. I just wired the speakers direct to bypass the stock amp. Overall the GUI is pretty decent and doesn't look to bad. The Remote that was sent with it doesn't work but I guess that's not to big of a deal. For the money I was very satisfied. Looks and sounds great
