Best Bang For The Buck, Hands Down!

DVD Player, SiriusXM, GPS, Pandora App for Android & Apple, Built In & Media Player all in one! This Unit Plays Youtube videos converted to .AVI files as well as on an external screen which is awesome! You can literally ditch disc media with this in dash media power house!
Pros: Everything! 6V Pre Amp outputs = no humming engine noise!
Cons: Radio does not tells me it loves me everyday nor cooks dinner!

This is a very good product and is easy-to-use. The only thing I didn't like is that I had to change my Sirius XM box Because this is a newer version and that cost me money.

Amazing device for the price.

Installs easily with all components supplied. Good sound and nice looking unit. Bluetooth phone works grest. Easy paring with smart phone and clear sound on calls. I installed a backup camera which was basically a plug-n-play setup. The 7"display is clear and works well for additional backing up visibility. The navigation works well, however it takes some time navigating through the selection windows, compared to some systems that allow you to enter a name or address snd it searches for you. Otherwise its a nice system.

Great product @ a low affordable price

Receiver has all the features I was hoping for.
Pros: Great sound with good Navigation and blue tooth for phone and audio. Easy setup and menus are straight forward.
Also has a great feature that you can set the angle on the flip out display. Dashboard in the car is angled but am able to set the display vertical so Navigation screen is it easier to read.
Has sufficient video and audio inputs for cameras and aux devices.
Cons: Blue tooth phone contacts are not saved but are loaded each time phone pairs and synching the contacts takes quite some time.

Overall happy with all the features and good sound quality. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a single din receiver.

Jensen VX7010 review

Excellent unit has all features combined in one not top of the line but in my opinion really close everything operates fine i previously owned the Jensen uv10 the dimensions must be different because the uv10 fit perfectly and when the screen opened it opened and could tilt all the way back this unit when unit slid into mounting basket and opened the screen screen would not tilt all the way back it hit the dash to where it was unviewable had to make adjustments for that the front of unit sticks out alil further than normal when unit is closed so when open screen will tilt all the way back without hitting dash (2001dodge ram 2500) i also could not get the navigation to work at first but i removed the micro sd and put it back in twice then it came on haven't had a problem since EXCELLENT unit i am really pleased on how this works consistent so far good real good !!!!!!

Have only had this for a short time but I like it so far. I think it's a good buy for the price. Has good sound and the GPS works well.

Love My Jensen VX7010

Only had this stereo in my car a few days and still learning all the features, but boy do I love it. Very easy to use and install. Has all the features I wanted and more.

Nice System

I am still learning all the options that this provides. I love that it has so many! The cost was very reasonable and now I can choose to listen to Pandora, stream from my phone, get directions to the place I am going and/or show passengers a movie (although I haven't popped in a DVD yet).
The only thing I do not like is how far it has to sit out from the dash because the monitor needs clearance. That's just a pet peeve though, it doesn't cause any problems at all.

Has every feature one could possibly want in stereo. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement stereo.

So Far So Good!

I have been very impressed with this unit. Because of the design of my vehicle, I needed a single DIN unit. I wanted a lot of features and selected this product accordingly and also because of the Jensen name. I have not been disappointed. It cost a little more than I wanted to spend but I got all the features I wanted and right now, everything works as represented. Both strong and quality sound if you have good speakers. You have the option of leaving the screen when using some features in either the up or down position. Again, I am very pleased with this product and if I had to say anything less flattering it would be that because of the design of my vehicle, the unit sticks out about an inch and one-half rather than facing flush like the original factory radio would.

Great in Dash Nav unit!

This is the second Jenson in dash dvd/nav unit I have bought. I have one in each of my tahoes. This one is the flip out screen and my other is the flat screen double din. They work great and are easy to use and install. I highly recommend!

Jensen VX7012, Make our Old Car Feel Like A New Car

This is a very good multimedia receiver . I just love it, looks good operates good . It make my 1999 Chevy S 10 feel as good as my friends BMW. It has all the same features that the BMW has and all work just as good. Now my old truck feel like a new truck. Easy to use but like anything else new you just need to READ to see how to do it. The Support is also very good as they have answered all my emails if good time. Just Love It !!

Jensen VX7012

I was looking for a single DIN unit with all of the bells and whistles. This pretty much has them all with the exception of the radio. The radio gets less than stellar reception even on local stations. The original radio had much better reception.

Surprisingly good for the price. It suits my purposes and fits my vehicle nicely.

What I was looking for

I have a 34 ft motor home. I wanted gps and a backup camera monitor. I ran across this via amazon. I was exactly what I was looking for. Slid right in the existing single din hole without any modification. The monitor slides out nicely and does not hit shifter. It is a little higher in price than others on amazon but to me Is worth the extra.

Awesome produce

I would recommend this product due to its ease of use and functionality. The gps works great, the Bluetooth is flawless and the fact that I can insert a thumb drive to listen to downloaded music is just awesome.

This unit functions very well w a menu that's easy to go through! Picture quality was beyond my expectations as well. Only thing is that I wish the sub output had a left and a right . This has a mono singnal . Otherwise I'm very happy w my purchase!

in a word, Pleased. Aside from the harness.

pros: lots of expansion/connections. for me it has intuitive/ergonomic button placement and intuitive menu. setup was straight forward. Navigation/dvd , HDMI input as well as composite A/V inputs, and outputs. ton of features.
Cons: Lots of expansion and connections. the touch screen is not as sensitive or smooth as say a tablet or a modern smart phone, but if you long tap/press , chances of the unit responding go up significantly. doesn't respond well to quick taps or fast swipes/scrolls. that monster wad of wire harness.
but really though, one detachable harness and one hardwired harness? Arg.
installation of this unit would have been made much easier had there been two detachable signal/accessory harnesses.
the harness itself is clunky and fairly chunky before any of the connections are made. and nearly doubly so after connections are attached at least thats been the case for me with a '05 landrover Freelander SE3. And that thing had a double DIN 6disc changer in the dash...
have yet to attach the steering wheel control, so cant really comment on that function as of yet.
Really like this unit. it has virtually all the features I want, minus a rear USB input/charging port.
Super pleased that this micro beast can operate normally with the touchscreen closed, making it look like a normal everyday deck, but in fact its a sleeper!!!
