Disappointed But have no choice to have a piece of mind
I have had my vehicle for almost 6 years and every 2 years I have to purchase a new remote control , the reason I say that I have no choice is because the car alarm is still working, this time around when a battery is placed in the remote the remote just shimmers.

Would buy again
I bought this remote as a replacement to one I already had. I had a little trouble pairing it with my alarm system. May have been me. Either way, I was given exceptional customer service and directions and was able to get the task completed. Probably easier for someone that is not so technically challenged. Works well. Have had no problems. I received excellent customer all around. And would buy from this company again.
