OK, I'll keep it short and sweet. I have had the RL100 for about 8 months now and I've been happy. I'm not bashing Bel but I have a vector995 I picked up recently for my lady and it works but sucks compared to my K40. The range on K40 is better and I don't get all the false alerts like the vector995. Not saying I never get false readings on my K40 but not NEAR as often as vector995. I mounted them both under my rearview mirror for best range ( i recommend doing that if you can, there is a company called blend mount that makes the special mounts and makes it look clean). There is supposed to be a ticket guarantee which supposedly pays your speeding ticket but i'm not going to try and find out. Last thing, I called the manufacturer to ask a question and it is almost scary how nice they are. Better nice than not. I guess this really isn't short and sweet
