OK wire if you like red wire

I received this wire because when I bought my Image Dynamics speakers from Sonic the description said it included speaker wire in the box, but when I received them there was none. I called Sonic and they sent this wire to make up for the error. I later called Image Dynamics and found out that they no longer include speaker wire with their speakers so Sonic if you are reading this you can update your description and pictures on the ID speakers to NOT show speaker wire. For the record I bought the Image Dynamics CTX65cs and the CTX4 speaker sets. Great speakers by the way. Thanks Sonic for all your great products and sound advice, no pun intended:)

Belva brand is good affordable material when starting out but through out time cca corrodes if you have the money buy ofc cable

Solid Enclosure

I was a bit skeptical of this enclosure. Obviously Pre-Fab enclosure's aren't anything special, but the whole flashy front face thing made me kinda cringe. I had to go with this enclosure because of another being sold out. At the end of the day, however, I'm VERY please with the box!! The face isn't as flashy as I had thought it'd be. At 800w from the NVX VCW that's in it, there isn't anything coming apart, no port noise, and the sound is actually pretty damn good. The terminals feel a bit cheap, but I'm using banana plugs, so I'm sure they work far better with bare speaker wire. I can't complain because it was definitely worth the price!

Cheap kit that did it's job

Inexpensive kit that works great for the 300 watt amp I'm running.

Got this box on a package deal with an NVX sub, & it sounds great. The glossy looking front of it makes it look like a custom built box & not like any other pre-fab box. Great buy for me & anyone looking for a single 10" enclosure.

Overall this was a pretty good kit for the money. The one downside was I was missing the following and had to go out and buy these to finish my install.

You would be very hard pressed to purchase the MDF and terminals to make this enclosure, for a cheaper shipped price than what this enclosure is being sold for here. Solid 3/4" material, accurate enclosure measurements/port tuning.

Put my 10" kicker compS in this box and it slams pretty hard in my extended cab k1500, it is just placed on the rear bench seat. You can feel the bass in floor and all around you. Great product and really high quality for the low price.

Good extra fine wire

This is excellent speaker wire. One wire has round insulation while the other has square insulation making it easy to identify hot and grounds. My only installation problem was I didn't order enough. I needed a quantity of 2 just to wire a single cab pickup.

Just what I was looking for!

I purchased this to go in the trunk of my 1966 mustang. I purchased it after reading another review of an install in a mustang. It fit perfectly in the side of the trunk and did not take up a lot Space. Sounds great.

unless you're a carpenter and/or have plenty of tools don't buy this box because the pre cut hole does not fit a 10 inch speaker. but after a little modification it does sound very good. I'm not knocking Sonic Electronix though they're the best

Solid kit for the price!

I used this kit to install an NVX Quick Bass 8" self-contained subwoofer system in my Ford F-250 SuperDuty. The wiring overall is a good quality for the price and the length of the kit gave me plenty of options as to where to mount it in my truck. For the $15 I paid, it did the job and the subwoofer sounds great. The kit was well-packaged and had absolutely every terminal, zip tie, etc that you will need when installing. So in short, hard to beat for the price!

Far superior value than other kits

I am not normally compelled to write such a lengthy review, but felt I had to given my "TOFTT" attitude with the 1 star review I had read.

The thing that drew me to this kit was the price and reality that the other inexpensive kits look like a joke (see Boss Audio KIT-2 or Install Bay AK8). I am really happy with this kit as it provides way more wire than the two aforementioned kits and provided plenty of throughput for my set up. On top of the quality, it matches my blue theme so I am happy with the aesthetics too.

One personal note on the reviews of this kit versus others: I considered the other comment about $50 kits (and looked at the NVX XKIT82 and Kicker CK8). I put thought into those kits (Pure copper vs CCA) and watched the Sonic video, but the reality is I am running a 400W RMS two channel amp (Rockford P400X2) and for not that long of periods (never more than a couple of hours). The wire never gets hot, it's still made up mostly of copper (confirmed with Belva tech support), and it saved me a ton of money.

Reality check time: Save yourself $20-$30 and get *this* kit vs others if you are running less than 500W RMS.

Awesome box!!!!!!!

I put in a new Pioneer TSW261D4 what a perfect pair these make and the sub isnt even broken in and it already blows my sealed box away! this box sounds awesome. I always used sealed boxes so this is my first ported box and its Teeth chattering awesome! the box makes some seriously deep bass. I like it much better than a sealed box that's for sure! they say the bass isn't tight and punchy in a ported box. Depends on the sub and music you listen to. I tested it with metal jazz electronic etc. sounds really good to me. the box also looks fantastic and very well built weighing around 33 lbs!! Its a pretty big box too.

I've never ordered a box without seeing it 1st. It's just tough to spend money and not be sure about the quality or even if it'll fit in your trunk. This box is super nice and made very well. No complaints here, fut in my 06 Mustang with no issue at all abd free'd up all kinds of space. It Looks very expensive and comes packaged very nicely, if your second guessing this box.... don't, it wont dissappoint.

10 inch speaker box

10 inch speaker box I purchased a 10 inch speaker box from sonic electronics box fit excellent I put my 10 inch wall for a nap and it sounds great I was so happy with how it came out that I purchased another box and I put my other 10 inch woofer and left it in my house I am so happy that I purchased it from sonic electronics thank you so much

Compact but over rated.

First of all, this is a one channel amp. The manufacturer rates is at 150x1 rms at 4 ohm, and 350x1 rms at 2 ohm. It does 135 certified at 4 ohms and about 230 certified at 2 ohm... this amp has been tested on YouTube. I think it is still a good value considering you can tuck this amp just about anywhere. If you are looking for something small, go for it. If you are looking to annoy the neighbors, look elsewhere.

Surprising

I'm actually pretty impressed with this little guy. I used this to power a new sub upgrade from my stock unit. It definitely delivers the power to make a difference. If you're looking for a mini compact amp that can hide away in small spaces this thing is a steal

Awesome Little amp for the price I've had it 2 months now. in a garage speaker set up pushing 1000 watt 10" sub in 1.13 qubic ft box ported the power ratings are spot on it does get warm but it kicks for what it is. I recommend it for price and power.

For such a small little amp it pairs well with my 200 rms, 2 ohm, 8" sub. I was skeptical since dual is Walmarts go to for stereo equipment. Subs usually blow out quick and amps have taken shits on me in the past due to over heating problems. Yet this guy has been running well so far. Doesn't get super hot, and is great for hiding in the lining of the trunk.

This prefab ported box caught my attention because of size, port location, simple solid design. What a value for finished speaker enclosure. You can slightly mod the box by creating a mounting for the woofer to eliminate rear distortion coming from backside of the woofer.
