Doesn't work

I have a 2002 Audi TT with Bose Concert II system, this harness was supposed to enable me to install my new Pioneer aftermarket HU. The harness requires you to have two preamp outs on the HU, and also will not work if you hook up switched power wires together, or the dimmer wires. You need to run custom wires for your dimmer and switched power. The rest of it worked, but why wasn't there instructions on how to properly hook it up?

Great Harness!

This was the basic harness i needed for my Audi A6, and it worked great!

Not Bad!

All adapters match up perfectly! Wish they left a little more of the wires stripped, but it worked out ok. Highly recommend.

Make sure that you are getting the correct harness.

My Audi has a Symphony system and this harness only works for the Bose.

Audi B5 Metra 99-9105 dash kit - superb!

What a wonderful product! I needed this kit to convert from single to double-din on my 2000 model B5 Audi A4 and it sorted all my hassles out of what to do with the gaping hole around my new 7" screen.

I highly recommend buying this kit if you want to convert to double-din. It even converts double to single din with a little storage compartment above or below the single din radio. Very clever indeed. All fittings and brackets required come with the kit, so all you need are the tools to remove your old radio (the keys to pull it out) and a screw driver.

If you're looking at this kit - buy it! The price is just right too.

Decent quality

The Metra piece is used to install a double DIN aftermarket radio in the Audi A4/S4 (B5 platform) once the OEM radio is removed. The parts have a decent fit, but they are not even close to OEM fit. Gaps are big, removal is difficult, the aftermarket radio is held in place ok, but it won't withstand the forces that are exerted in an accident. There is really no alternative, so it's sort of annoying, but the surface matches well and it's cheap.

Audi 2001 S4 kit

The kit fits together easily but is hard to adjust to have it sit tight and flush. The trim ring surround is flimsy and the plastic tabs to lock it into the dash broke off after six times of removing the HU. It's the only kit out there so you might as well get it as it has pieces for both single and double DIN. I would've paid more money for a higher quality kit to be honest.

Contains A Lot Of Items

This kit contained a lot of items and it had exactly what my AVIC-X920BT installer needed to complete the install. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

Only one I could find that fits my 2001 audi s4 and it fits perfect

The product is good, but unfortunately it didn't fit my audi A4 B6 cabrio, but it will fit my friend's older car
