This worked great for my wife's Pontiac G6. Not much you can say about it other than it works to install an aftermarket stereo.

module allows easy hookup of an aftermarket deck into a Dodge vehicle. The deck dims properly when the headlights are on, and the radio stays on until the door is opened - just like the OEM deck. No need to chase down wires for the brake lights either. A bit bulky but still fits behind the new deck.

confusing

This adapter confused me as I was not using all function of my radio that this wiring is for so. The radio wire names did not match the directions but the label on the radio itself did so I was able to figure it out.

DOES NOT FIT DODGE WITH INFINITY SOUND AND NAV

If you have a Dodge vehicle with the standard radio system without navigation then this is the one you want. However, this WILL NOT fit a Dodge dash that has the premium Infinity sound system and navigation. If that it what you have the you need Metra 99-6510. Sonic does not specify this and I learned the hard way. Sonic is making it right by letting me return the item.

Not always needed

This kit was recommended for my truck but I bought a new double din dash radio bezel and this is really for an original single din radio. It killed me to cut up a brand new radio bezel to make this kit work for me. If I had known I would have gotten the bezel first then ordered the 5" tough screen instead of a 3.5" and the other radio would have fit my new bezel better and I would not have needed this kit. Sonic's recommendations for my truck were vague. I got it to work but not easily.
