Best Budget Headunit!

My friend bought this head unit and I installed it for him. After putting it in and hooking up his subs and his factory speakers, his car sounded great for what he had. You have a lot of adjustment and lots of features for the money. It also has sub woofer control which is a hard to find feature on headunits for around this price. This headunit is a great buy and if you don't want to spend a lot of money, buy it.

Best Kenwood I Had Thus Far

I put a MP138 in my friends Jeep and it was just okay. I had a MP208 in my Lumina and I really liked it. Now I have this MP238 in my crown vic and I absolutely love it. I have the 6982ie 6x9s and the 6x8 component set and the preamp on this thing makes people think I have a 4channel amp pushing my speakers. If you like Kenwood and don't want to break the bank this is the way to go.

Great Headunit

I would recommend this headunit for anyone who wants affordable clean and clear sounding music. There is such a huge difference in the sound quality of this headunit compared to my stock cd player

Superior quality at a great price!

Kenwood decks offer the best bang for the buck. Durable, long lasting, have another kenwood in my other vehicle that is approaching 3 years old, and have had no problems with it. Used to by Pioneer in the past, but after a year or so, they do not want to eject Cd's, mechanism goes bad. Would refer kenwood products to everyone!!

Its A very Clean Deck To Use And Has Many Options To Tune Your Sound To Your Choices. Made My front stock door paper cone no surround speakers scream and ring my ears like crazy.-

Not bad at all.

After trying to do a audio system on a budget, the kenwood MP245 seemed like the logical option. Went to best buy to test it out since they had a show model.

Overall, a very solid unit, no loose or cheap feeling buttons or knob, or faceplate.

Decent amount of functions for the price, it's not top of the line, but it's certainly well made, and will do everything you need a car receiver to do, I'd recommend it.

nice deck for cheap!

Ive had this kenwood deck for 6 months now, and it is a steal. An amazing deck for less than $100. the only bad thing is the remote doesn't have very long range but hey, how many decks under $100 even have a remote!

Kenwood KDC - MP238

I highly recommend this H.U. it has a lot of awesome features and is really easy to use. i love the subwoofer level control for the pre amp output it helps a lot. it is just a all around great head unit.

i have this in my grand am it sounds great i added kenwood 6.50 componet sets,thinkin i would need a aditional amp,but it sounds great with the buit in pre amp perfect highs and mids for my sound system...
