Satisfied Canadian Customer

I did a lot of research before buying and in-dash dvd/gps combo. I looked at a lot of other brands where there was always one thing missing:

Either the screen was too small or the DVD/CD and GPS shared the same player - which made using both at the same time troublesome (who wants to mess a around with that crap when you are driving?)..

This bad boy has a great sized screen, and a separate Garmin GPS receiver (that can be updated with an SD card).

Touch screen is a BONUS.
The install was EASY and the display is fantastic

The Sonic price sealed the deal.

My only complaint would be that the 4 buttons located below the screen can be a bit confusing.

Other things that would have been nice - custom screen wallpapers. But no biggie.

Other than that - when ladies go for a ride in my Spec V, they get a little excited when they see this baby coming out of the dash.

In addition, as a Canadian customer I just wanted to thank the guys at Sonic for getting me the product quickly and hassle free. Going over the border is never this hassle free.

(The Canada portion of GPS map is very accurate !)

I would buy this system again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Product

I bought this video/navigation package from sonicelectronix almost two months ago and I can say it was worth the money. It would cost you nearly $800 more at a retail store for the in-dash and nav unit so buying from here saves you a lot of money. The screen has an awesome picture, the menus are easy to navigate, the sound is great, and the navigation unit works very good. A voice tells you how many miles before a turn and the name. The only thing I don't like about the unit is that it doesn't have a display when the screen is closed but compared with what you get to do with this product it's a no biggy. Also if you want the same features this product offers and a reliable brand name; having a display included with that will cost you several hundred more.
