Awesome upgrade!
Just installed it yesterday so I can’t speak for longevity yet but so far it has been a great upgrade from my previous headunit. I changed out a Excelon that was going on 5 years old and wanted to upgrade to a double din. This Excelon DPX594BT brought my mids and highs to life! Both head units are rated at 22 watts rms per channel but this head unit has brightened up my soundstage noticeably. I’m running CT sounds pro mids and tweeters in the front doors and CT pro mids in the rear doors and this head unit puts out more than enough clean power to make these speakers sound great. I really like all of the EQ adjustments available to really fine tune the sound I’m looking for. The 5 volt pre amp outputs are also a nice touch. I’m running a CT sounds 750.1 to a Sundown SA8v3 and this entire system really blends in nice and sounds great. If you’re looking for a headunit that puts out clean power and plenty of EQ adjustments then I would definitely recommend this one if you’re not necessarily looking for a touch screen. So far this headunit gets 5/5 starts from me.

I replaced my original radio in my S80 Volvo with this one. Wow what a fit. Perfect and the sound and functions have been great. Love that it has BT hands free phone.

Did not install easily since thyis head unit was larger than the opening of the audiophile cd in my 2003 Ford Focus with audiophile with subwoofer in truck (factory).
Besides the fact that the included harness was useless, we had to grind the opening with a dremel tool to make it fit It took 3 hours to wire the harness purchased elsewhere and grinding the opening.
But how sweet after completing
