Exactly what I wanted.

This receiver is in stalled in a 2007 Newmar Dutch Star motor home. It replaced an old Jensen unit that worked but I wanted to upgrade to something with more features. I ordered the SiriusXM receiver as well. Pretty stoked over this unit. I DID NOT want a touch screen in the motor home. One; you have a pretty good reach to simply turn one up, and two; trying to hit on screen apps, etc. is not a good move for the driver of a motor home and the wife has to release her seat belt to reach it, so there's that. What to do, what to do? Oh yeah, the Kenwood has a remote that is an option. I ordered that and it will be here tomorrow. The wife will love it! I've ordered two JBL's 6x9's to upgrade the sound (which should be a huge upgrade! Will review those later. The install was pretty straight forward although I had to splice the new pigtail connect to the old one one, but not a big deal I've done a ton of that stuff over the years. Hooked it all up and everything works as designed! I love this unit!

Major upgrade

This cd player is exactly what I needed. I upgraded my truck with new door speakers front and back and an alpine 12” sub and alpine amp. All of this was on an old dual touchscreen,which sounded great,but I knew it could be better. Now that I added the Kenwood my system sounds so clear and it hits way harder. This cd player has so many options to increase sound quality. I highly recommend it. If u want to build a nice little system for your vehicle then for the cost of this cd player u can’t go wrong.

Awesome head unit. Tons of adjustments

All of the eq adjustments and separate sub adjustments made my system really come to life! The spacial settings make the sound in my truck amazing. I love being able to Bluetooth from my phone and it auto reconnect so I can just enjoy the music.

I like how easy it is to set up. The display is nice. The features are clean looking. One thing I didn’t know I needed and had to buy separately was an antenna adapter for aftermarket stereos. It would be nice to be made aware of this during checkout when you guys included additional components I would need for installation too.
