awesome value!!

HD radio is crystal clear and this unit has lots of tuning parameters packed into an inexpensive package. you can even change the button colors to match your interior lighting. way better unit than the unit I replaced.

excellent under $200 head unit.

This is an excellent head unit for any application,3 separate 4v preouts are pretty hard to come by in sub $200 head unit. Basic 3 band eq, not as customizable as some of the other head units that have 5 or 7 band eqs but gives you very easy quick tunings. This is probably one of if not the best head units under $200 in my opinion. I would highly recommend this to any one looking for a budget head unit that will be using external amps, if not using external amps you could probably downgrade to a cheaper model with no preouts or low voltage preouts.

Nice receiver! I can make adjustments for any type of music. It is user friendly as well. You can't beat a Kenwood receiver. It is the third one I've owned in different vehicles, with no issues on any of them. Good job Kenwood!

Great Headunit

This is a great headunit. You still get the eXcelon sound quality at a budget price. I'm not too familiar with all the Bluetooth etc, I just strictly use mine for music and it's pretty sweet. The EQ Pro helps dial the frequencies in, to create more detail in your sound, instead of the traditional bass, mid, and treble level adjust (Which it still has). Great sound quality. It's fairly easy to navigate through all the settings, if your not familiar with Kenwoods then it would take a little time to figure it out, but it's not hard, you'll get it. Overall I'm very satisfied with my unit & would recommend it to others.
