great sub

These subs are insane.. They are the most versatile sub i have ever seen or heard.. My buddy has them in a silverado with boxes that are WAY to small they are only about 1 cubic foot of air space.. And they still pound like there is no tommorow

nice

This is a great sub for cars. I have one of these in my maxima and sounds great. I didn't want to have the cluster of having 2 subs. This 1 12' l7 gets the job done. I have goten the area behind the headrests in my car to raise a few a few inches. This sub is not for the faint of heart. I have one of these hooked up 2 a memphis 1000rms amp that pushes this sub 2 its limits.

dang!!!

I have 2 of these in a vented box in my back seat powered by a Hitron 2000watt amp. the subs are wired at 2ohms and are getting about 1200 watts rms. and man do these things shake the whole car. you can barley breathe when there pumping. i highly recommend them to anyone wanting to impress people

Best SPL Sub on the Market

This sub was made to do one thing, Get Loud! If your looking for utmost sound quality this sub isn't for you but if your looking to get amazingly loud and retain some clarity this sub is for you. I would recommend everyone who buys this sub to put it in the biggest ported enclosure (up to 3.25 Cuft per woofer) and tune to about 38Hz. I've had this sub in a sealed box and it is a totally different beast in a ported enclosure. Now I'm going to have to figure out what to do about my rattling rear window. :)

Kicker Sub

This sub has a clean look to it. The sound on this sub is nice, clean and tight...as long as you have a amp with enough power to handle it. The amp I have is a 900watt rmsx1@2ohms. And it pushes this 750watt rms subwoofer very well. As long as your amp has enough RMS you will be straight. The sub will give you a big smile when its in your ride.

nasty subs

I have 2 of these subs in a ported box and they are insane. Everyone who even comes near the car says they are the loudest subs they ever heard...and thats only half way up...mine are louder than any JL audio sub for half the price

good sub

i like the l7 subwoofers. they arent like every other sub. they can be put though some serious pounding. just make sure that you have the newest l7's cuz teh old ones have had a recall, so if you have a old one send it back to get repaired. i havent had a problem with the new l7's and i like to push them to the limit.

BASS SLAPS

This is absolutely the hardest hitting sub on the market for its price. With 1500 watts of power it is enough bass for your whole car and probably everybody surrounding that your keeping awake at night. KICKER has really been impressive within the last few years, with my KICKER ported box my sound system became flawless.
