Great subs!
What can you say about these subs? They just pump out the bass. LOUD. So loud and deep that I have to turn the sub level on my deck down and turn the bass knob down on the Kicker Amp. Flawless sound, flawless durability. Never a problem.

great
awesome sub. put it in a ported box u cant go wrong. sounds like two 12"s. and it gets them lows. good all round sub. i got mine for 150$ but this is still a good deal.

Not a fan
I had this sub in my first system. It broke within the first month. It was hard to find some one that could fix but eventually I found a shop that would fix it for what I bought it for. I got a new one and it worked for about 5 months then just cut out on me. Although it was REAL loud and SQ was wonderful I just couldn’t catch a break with it. I do understand that there are always a few lemons in every company but after my experience I have never went back to kicker.

if you read some of my other reviews, you will know that i am a kicker fan. this site has the best prices for kicker L5s. ive heard these before, well actually the 12"s. and 1 of those sounded better then 2 12" compvrs. this sub will deliver very high volumes, and not noticable distortion. 1 would be fine, or if you wanna show off get 2
