kicker rocks
I have this sub connected to a 2006 Hifonics 1606 Brutus class D amp with 1100watts RMS running in one channel and wired at 2 ohms. It hits so hard my teeth shake. The new color is cool and matches the amp. To put it in the words of one man "obnoxoiusly loud".

AWESOME
I have this thing hooked up to an MA Audio 1800 watt comp amp and I can't play it with my windows up or I'm afraid I'll blow my window seals. Definitely recommend if you can afford it. Sounds and looks great.

BOOOM
Ok so me and a friend got into a bit of a competition dealing with subs and he ended up getting two 15s to beat out my 2 12s. i of course couldn't stand this so i went out looking for a better set of subs. i came upon these babies. Once i had gotten one amp hooked up to one of these Kickers i took it over to my friends house and it turned out to be louder than both his 15s thats what i call boom. I have the sub wired down to a 2 ohm load and powered by a sony amp providing 900 watts rms and this thing just shakes my car to pieces and makes people glare at me.

pounds
I had one for a short while and during that time it pounded really hard, it was in too small of box but if enclosed in a nice big box, it would have annihilated

Big Bass
My friend has 2 of these 15'' monsters in the back of a 97 grand am, yes a grand am. He has one of the 1500 hifonics amps which i think is bridged for 1000 watts rms. Good god, what doesnt rattle. He has i think like 3 or 5 cu ft. Was quite the bit*h to get in, they must weigh close to 50lbs a piece and the box is prolly 60lbs. They will move your hair and whatever is lose, but the clairity is not all there, they go very low, the point where you want to either put ear plugs in or turn the volume down. If you want to move some serious air pick up a pair of these and get them at least 800 watts and you will be herd from a ways away. Good buy!

Hits Hard
I got this for my sisters system and it hits very hard. It ended up popping out some the panneling in the car. Very good sub but needs a lot of watts to push it.

L5 vrs L7
this is a $400 sub. L5 is only $200. the L5 i think is a much better value. Of course it won't be as loud but for the money i think the L5 is a better deal. Half the price. 2 L5s will beat 1 L7, and for the money it would be just about equal(for subs only, amp would be different)
