Kicker amp

I would suggest this amp. I put it in my 04 PT Cruiser Turbo. My car has a very loud exhaust and I want to bump up the bass to compensate a lil bit. This amp works perfect for the space and speaker (RF 12") in a vented box. Lots of power and I have it barely turned up. I'd suggest it!!

great

The following review is for a previous version (ZX250.2).

I have this powering my Diesel audio NS1212 12" sub. OMG its a 500w sub but im only giving it 170w and it pounds with this amp and I only have the gain 1/2 way up. It stays cooler than my Kenwood 4 channel amp that has 2 fans, but the Kenwood puts out a little more.

awesome amp

The following review is for a previous version (ZX250.2).

Powerful enough to fry my pioneer TSW301R in a day or two, runs my older competition style pioneer 12 with a 400w RMS 800 peak beautifully an I'm not running it bridged. Goin to bridge it when i install in my el camino. Only wish it wasn't 4ohm stable when bridged

Kick Butt

The following review is for a previous version (ZX250.2).

Got 2 kicker subs included with this and now it sounds like I got a T-REX living under my hood. Overall, its the best!!!!!!!!

ZX250.2

The following review is for a previous version (ZX250.2).

This amp will push a single 12 with no problem. I bought it for my neighbor and hooked it up in my his car with a Pioneer 12 and it pounds. It could use a remote bass knob though. I recommend this amp for smaller systems.

Excellent amp. Mine pushes a set of KS6.2 components just fine. I spent a lot of time looking for an amp with the right kind of power/dollar and a small stature. This amp will fit under a seat even in a small car. Sturdy. Great value.

Awesome Amplifier

The following review is for a previous version (KX250.2).

The kicker KX250.2 Is a definite Best buy, If you have a good set of Coaxial or component speakers you should definitely Amp them with this amp. It put's out pure, clean power and make the speakers sound even better.

great sound & great value

The following review is for a previous version (KX250.2).

I have two of these kicker amps. Each of them have been wired into 1 channel each in order to pump 250 watts rms into 2 kicker cvr 10 inch subs. My 02 Explorer is thumpin! I'm installing my new interiors this week with another amp, and I cant wait to hear it.

Great amp so far.....It is not as powerful for the price, but good quality. I have yet for it to get hot.

great kick for the $

The following review is for a previous version (KX250.2).

if you're looking for a budget system, get this a box and a comp 10 4 ohm. sounds like a 12". great price for the power it puts out.

Great but... maybe too expensive

The following review is for a previous version (KX250.2).

Kicker makes really good stuff, powerfull and reliable... but a little bit to expensive for the sound.

An other goos point, the controls are very simple to use and well located at the top of the amp.

I don't like the design of ALL their products, may be reduce budget on this and concentrate on developping new distortion-less products !!

excellent Amplifier

The following review is for a previous version (KX250.2).

I am not very contented with this amplifier, since rockford does not manage to move all the power subwoofer rockford fosgate p2. The clarity of the sound is very good but it needs to him to be able rms.
