Good Amp

This is a great amp for anyone who wants clean controlled bass. I have it hooked up to a boston acoustics 10" and it sounds great. It will pound fairly well when you want it to, but its not over powering. Good amp over all.

Great amp for the price plus its a KICKER!

This amp exceeded my expectations! I have owned a ZX400.1 and this ZX300.1 you can't even tell its less power, they either upgraded this amp or something because its got the power of a 400 or more wattage amp. I powered a kicker l5 12" in a slot ported box and it sounds wonderful! The sub could take more power, such as the ZX500 or a ZX750.1 but this amp is plenty for my ears. Elegant design! It does, however, heat up quite a bit running under 2 ohms, but it never bothers me. And the knobs they should have left on top and sticking out, like the 06ZX models, now they are embedded inside the surface, so you need something flat to adjust, that's the only downside IFF you are coming from a 06 model amp. If this is your first Kicker amp then that last knob part doesn't apply to you.

pretty good power

I would recommend this amp it has some power for 300 watts. Mine was rated 359. I used on 2 mtx 4500 it banged but it would get hot and cut off temperature was like a 120 degrees. It could be the way my friend hooked it up I haven't read any reviews about it getting hot but first time for everything. but would recommend this amp it will do what its suppose too.

*Admin: Wiring a subwoofer the incorrect way will cause an amplifier to overheat. Make sure it is wired to the correct ohms.*

DANG!!!

This amp is a BEAST! Im using it with two Kicker Comp 12" and they hit hard and when i use it with just 1 sub it is louder the both together.

Good product

This is a very good amp for the money. It's well matched to the Kicker 07C124 subs.

Nice Amp...

At first I thought this little guy wasn't gonna be able to push my 12" CVR Subwoofer, but boy was I wrong! Just driving around in my car for like 30 minutes makes me dizzy, but it's all worth it! The Bass-Gain button is a nice little boost to all the "bassheads" out there, and the Bass Gain Remote is awesome too! It's a good thing to have handy when you have to turn it down all the way. (Especially when next to the 5-0.) Ignore the 300 Watts though, cause it gives off like 340 Watts.

good amp

this is a great amp with lots of power. it runs my two comp 10s with ease.
also sonic was a great place to work with and they got them here on time.

I hooked this little guy up with one of the new kicker 400w 07cvr 12", in a smaller sealed box, like 1.3 sq. ft. My amp was rated by kicker at 325 rms watts so i turned it al the way up cause i knew the speaker would handle it... ummm this thing made me and my lady nasious after like 10 minutes.... pounds sooo hard, flexes the roof, and trunk in my 98 jetta. Awesome price for bump.

This amp puts out some power. I was worried about it being 300 watts but my worries are over. Buy this amp

A Little Amp That Could

this amp is great i have it hooked up to to kicker comps 12s in a probox. doesnt overheat, wont go into protection or shut off after one year of abuse. great amp for the price buy it with all confidence.

Underated

I have this amp pushing an Icriminator audio 187 15" at 2 ohms. this thing is beatin. It hits hard all day long great amp.

i bought one of theses amps thinking that it was just going to put out enough to give me some bass in my truck but man was i wrong this thing quakes like no fricken other i have it pared with a kicker comp 10 inch and every thing shakes it is crazy for a 10 this amp truly is all about liven loud

BAMF

After having a 1000 watt off brand amp powering my two Comp VT 12" Kickers I knew there was more to gain. Instead of buying a larger 3000 watt off brand amp like my friends I bought this thing. Best idea of my life. After rewiring the subs from 4 to 2 ohms its basically double the beast. The sub is rated at 1200 watts if you use the same method as the other brands so keep that in mind. Also this is perfect for and one or two subs ever. It has actually made my friends nose bleed from all of the decibels. It reached 118 decibels on my sound gauge which is equal to that of a jet plane 20 meters away, yet it still plays with no distortion and to static without the need of a bass reconstruction unit. If i had to describe this amp in one word it would be BAMF.

Awesome amp..

Bought this amp(and two c10's, a sealed box, and a wire kit) for my girlfriend's birthday. When researching different brands and/or models, we weren't looking for anything that would rattle our brains. Well turns out, even though we didn't want massive amounts of power, we got it anyways(which is not bad in anyway), all I'm saying is that it exceeded my expectations big time. Awesome amp, running two c10's, in a divided box. They are sitting in the trunk of a 99 grand prix, and it's like there is a 5 year old kicking the back of my seat. The whole car just quakes.

Okay

I bought this product two years ago to power my 10 inch Kicker sub for my truck. It didn't seem to have a lot of power but it sounded pretty good for a little extra bump here and there. I hardly ever used and after two years it just gave out.

Powers my two dual 12" kickers beautifully.

Great Product

This amp is currently powering two 12" kicker comps for me and has been for about 6 months. I play my music loud about 70% of the time I'm in my car, and this amp has had no problems yet. Not much I can say about it other than it's reliable and puts out the stated amount of power.

Kicker 08ZX300.1

The amp is really good. I like how kicker under rates there amps. I have it running to one JL 12 at 2 ohms and it sounds really good. I would recommend this amp to any one who wants to bump

Great Value

I received this amp in a package deal with two 12" kicker comps which are rated for 300 RMS each so I was skeptical however this bad boy had some serious power it had a birth of 367watts they were loud to me at first however now I am going to upgrade to a 750 watt kicker amp because going deaf has left me begging for more =) Great Amp!

Kicker 08ZX300.1

I love this amp. I have it hooked up to a kicker shallow mount 12" running at 2 ohms, and it is great. The bass remote is nice to have so you can adjust the bass level with the song. I cant use my rearview in my truck with only one 12. I cant wait to install another 12 with another zx300

08ZX300.1

This amp is awesome, I can run it at full power all day long and it never goes into protection. I would also suggest 4 gauge wiring as it fits no problem.

I bought this just wanting to get a cheap amplifier and damn this thing runs my Rockford Fosgate P3 to the max. I cant believe it pushes so much power. I have 3 other high powered amp and this beats them all.

Love the sound!

Bought this along with KICKER DC12 DUAL 12" 600W Loaded Subwoofers+Enclosure too. This amp was very easy to install, the sound will vibrate your windows! We put our woofer enclosure in the trunk of my Grand Am and put the back seat down (lay forward) flat then mounted the amp directly on the woofer box itself (facing the inside of the car). Everyone is amazed and compliments this set up. Just be careful you're not pulled over for disturbing the peace in your town lol! I've written down and pointed four people to the ebay auctions I bought when they asked me where I picked up my stuff. I highly recommend this as its got such a great sound for a very reasonable price in my opinion.

Good price great amp

I had just had my stereo system ripped off so i paired this new zx300.1 up with a 4 ohm 10" cvt kicker sub in a shallow sub box cause its in my ext cab ranger and this thing amazed me it pounds like crazy and at the same time it manages to stay clear without a lot of distortion. I have it hooked up to a 05 alpine cda9855 with 5v preouts and crossover contols which if your anywhich serious is a great idea so you can filter the high freq's out of the sub signal. but back to the amp i dont leave it near turned up all the way cause theres no need. it beats the hell out of my previous setup which was an alpine v12 400rms and a 10" kenwood 700w max.
